Had a rough start of the day. Decided to grab some food before visiting my sick Mother in the hospital and I walked into here. I was greeted by a sweet smile and beautiful face. I've been to this subway for years and it was always great.Today, the service was something else. I found a hair in my food. Instead of replacing the bowl, they threw the meat and microwaved a new one which shows their quality.Service was not great. You can tell people are reckless making the food and all over the place. Never again this place $12 down the drain

How come they don’t use the menu? I asked for steak & cheese sandwich that’s on the menu and they didn’t even get me the exact one and they just added steak and regular cheese (not melted). I wanted to get the exact one from the menu. WHY IS THERE A MENU IF YOU ARE NOT USING THE MENU!!!?!?!?!

Never going there again, and yes i agree with that last comment, their bread was so hard and plus the ladies are soo rude and gave me a no good tomato instead of the fresh one next to it. and have no idea what there doing. The one in Downey at the Florence plaza is Wayyy better and the ladies were way nicer than this one.

I didn't even eat there we turned around it looked like a food fight in there find was all over the tables the trash cans were over flowed and this was at 7:30 one of the workers was walking in with Starbucks when she should have been cleaning... we went over just to see if the food looked good so the cutting board was filthy lettuce was brown... this place gets an F .... honestly those employees need to be fired we left and went to the one in lakewood

The girl who made my sandwich needs to be fired. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and should not be in the food industry. She is a Poor representation for Subway. She wiped her nose with the back of her hand 3 times. Asked for soft bread and she gave me stale bread. The produce was not fresh. I had to ask for fresh tomatoes. Her host ID# is NCP9HH38LTD3FKG2. Look at the bread I was given...I would imagine no one goes there due to the poor service and that's why everything isn't fresh.

I have not been to subway in a while. It's getting hot out so i wanted something quick and easy and cool. I tried one of the new sandwiches with ham and double american. It was toasted and came out really good. They have a few new sandwiches now so ill be back to try some of them. Good fresh food at good prices.

Review is based on the salads. Worst salad I've ever had anywhere. The lettuce is a tiny handful. They only add two slices of turkey and one square of cheese. $11.90 complete rip off
Love coming to this subway. Been going here for over 4 years and have a good experience every time. I always build the same sandwich and with the amazing cookies. Service is always friendly and store is clean.
