Just stopped by the Take-Out part of the restaurant. I actually thought that I had placed my order online for the 2nd Street location, which is closer to my house. I didn't know that there was a Super Mex here. Both, the restaurant, and the take-out parts of the restaurant look very roomy. There seeded to be ample seating available. I'll definitely be ordering my food here or dining here again.
This is a review for jr mex, it’s on Apple Maps but hidden on google maps. I now know why, their employees are garbage at take out. Uber eats orders shouldn’t take over an hour to complete, I’ve had multiple drivers have tell me they’re not even busy and just chatting amongst themselves. I’ll save you all the trouble, save your money and your time. Order somewhere you know that can deliver fast delicious and disappointment free food.

I ordered the super nachos with chicken. I am not a foody but I know what I like and I will definitely order that again. It was a generous amount of food and probably too much for one person to eat at one time but I gorged because it was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating until I finished the whole thing. I got them with chicken and topped with guacamole. The chicken was moist and flavorful. I like the taste of peppers and can’t taste them if they are too hot. These were perfect and they gave me enough hot sauce to add the right amount. The nachos were very crisp and fresh. I think they make them right when you order. There is a separate entry for takeout and I did not even know it was part of the same restaurant until the woman who took my order said I could take it next door if I wanted to eat in. I took it to go because I had my own beverages. It looked pretty nice through the window.

Wow…. I will start by saying my experiences sitting down and eating here were always good. Service was stellar food was always reliably good.I ordered to go this time and the person answering the phone was not easy to communicate with. She was silent most of the time making it had to know if she heard me. When she repeated my order she was about to hang up until I stopped her to add something that wasn’t caught. We ordered two salads and they weren’t what was on the menu, the lettuce was gross and the ingredients didn’t match the description. Also, the person on the phone kept saying “avocado rice” when she was talking about avocado ranch. It was a confusing and disappointing experience. I would recommend eating here but not doing takeout.

Super Mex is as reliable as you can get when it comes to quality in taste. But for some particular reason the service is severely lacking in person or over the phone. Repeatedly, I've tried placing an order over the phone with with very little success in getting through or being hung up on after being told to wait, only for them to get my order wrong upon pick up with total disregard to my concern. As a local resident I often witness this location is staffed yet they either ignore the phone or act oblivious to customers complaints. I will not be doing business with this location and will always let friends, family and locals know that they're better of spending time and money elsewhere.
