Uncle Fung was a very good Southeast Asian restaurant (Malaysian, Indonesian & Singaporean), Very authentic. We ordered Nasi Lemak, Singaporean Laksa, &Roti.Skip the Roti, very expensive $9.99 for 2 thin slices of bread (large order).Extra condiment for the Nasi Lemak was $2.00. Outrages!!!For all the comments from abive, we stilk like Uncle Fung. It had changed hands since we dined there about 6 months ago.

This place is a godsend to add to your CSULB / college survival dinner rotation. I've gone here probably 2-3 times a month since they opened and have never been let down. It is comparatively a lot cheaper than other sit down restaurants, and is extremely good. I would recommend the Satay Chicken plate with curry rice, it is my go to every time I go to Uncle Fung.

I had NEVER heard of this cuisine before. Food was delicious, everything was good. The workers were so nice. Great first experience. The skewers plate we ordered had a fusion feel to it like Indian & Thai. So good!! Plenty of parking.

Uncle Fung provides a casual dining experience inspired by a street vendor. The Cornish Game Hen was very tender and flavorful. Their Char Sui was also very tasty in the stir fried noodle dishes. Two entrees came up to around $30 and the portion size was perfect for a quick bite for lunch.Vegetarian options: Tofu stir fry looked amazing

9 dollars for only two pieces of parata was not worth it, bathroom did not work at all, service was okay, food was decent. It could use a lot of working out on, first and last time trying out this place.

Have lived in Singapore for many years, and this is my go-to place in the area. Have tried their char kway tiao and vegetarian curry rice plates and both were delicious!

This restaurant is an authentic taste of hawker style Malaysian/Singaporean food. The chicken satay, mie goreng, and roti prata all tasted very similar to the real thing.

Only Singaporean/Indonesian restaurant around, but it's good! Not a lot of options, but it will definitely satisfy your hunger. Service is good. Depending how busy it gets. This goes for how long you'll have to wait to get your food. I always get their curry and their rice place. Those are pretty good and can never go wrong with the variety of the rice plate. Lots of free parking around so no need to worry. However, if you wanted some ice tea, I would recommend go to Cha for tea next door. It's much better. Interior wise you order from the counter and you sit yourself so you can pick any seat and they will bring the food to you.

Delicious meal and was fun to try Indonesian meals. .Hokkian Mie noodles was my favorite with the egg noodles and BBQ Pork. .Roti Prata is a fried flour pancake that came with curry dipping sauce. I liked the pancake just by itself, but I'm the curry sauce is growing on me. .Borneo Rice Plate had a great variety to the plate. Rice, BBQ Pork, chicken, boiled egg, and cucumbers. Came with a side of broth soup that was easy and light to drink. This was definitely a great spot to introduce Indonesian cuisine. Service was pretty good and the staff is friendly. We sat down right away and business picked up for dinner as the night went on.Restaurant is clean. Restroom is only one room and it was unfortunately a bit out of order. Plenty of parking as the lot is big and there are lots of other shops around and in the same lot as Target.Excited to visit again!

The food here is SO FLAVORFUL. I ordered the Singapore Laksa and this was to die for. My friend told me to order it and she did not disappoint me. The soup is like a curry soup and one drop is a flavor bomb. After taking one bite I was hearing colors. I definitely recommend ordering the flat noodles with it. My friend ordered the Hokkian Mei and she said it was okay but not as good as mine. And then we ordered the Roti for appetizer and it was very yummy. I think the sauce they use for the roti is the same as the soup in the laksa but overall very scrumptious.

Yummy food! Laksa was so good and flavorful my only complaint is that it doesn't have enough meat but thats just my preference !!! The roti prata was flaky and flavorful with the curry sauce and we also got the hokkien mie, which was yummy and i love the bbq pork on top it also came with chicken broth. In my opinion its not as flavorful as the rest but still pretty yummy! Service was quick and its a small place for a quick lunch!
