Roach crawled out of our pizza box. I noticed after I had eaten one slice. As terrified as I was that I ate one before I noticed I was still fast enough to take a picture. We took it back for at least a refund, grossed out as could be, to our surprise, Al the worst “manager” with no customer service skills refused to refund us due to ONE slice was gone. Turned us away with a disrespectful attitude. He was angry the customer next to us immediately cancel her order and he was not even apologetic to her for hearing this terrible incident.

Man oh man, it's a pitty to see all these negative reviews. My review isn't about the food, but the service. Dude named Omar was the one at the register when I came in the place my carryout order. Didn't greet me. Didnt say anything or acknowledge me until after 2 mins. Only to tell me "please wait" as he's struggling to count change in the drawer. When he finally has time for me 6 mins have passed. I order the Valentine's day bundle. He's so confused. The flyer that is sitting in a pile DIRECTLY in front of him apparently didn't explain in detail enough for him about this promotion. 1 heart shaped pizza with brownie OR cookie. He says He didn't know. He has to call in a coworker from the kitchen to break it down for him.. I'm like, really!?!? You work here! Not only that, but the flyer is right in front of you!!! After he has his hand held by his coworker and myself to figure this out, my food actually came out in a very timely manner. And during that time, Omar called for his coworker at least 4 more time to get assistance. Idk if it was his first day or what, but clearly he cannot be left alone. Not for a loooong time. Very unwelcoming. Didn't know his job. Just, ugh.

My daughter ordered a pizza tonight @6:36 pm. When we didn't have the Pizza by 6:15, she called and was hung up on. I called and was hung up on. I called back and when the employee answered, he insisted there was no order, even though I told him I had a confirmation number. He finally found the order and said the order was cancelled because the driver tried to call and we didn't answer. We've ordered from before and had no problems, but tonight the driver couldn't find my address. I was finally able to speak with a manager that lacked customer service skills and never addressed the fact we'd been hung up on. She insisted it would take 2-3 business days to refund the money, yet still not offering an apology. There is really needs to be some training done. I won't order any more pizza there.
