So I asked if the steak was tender it had a little fat and I had the sandwich made exactly how it was listed I added one thing when I took about the 3rd bite I almost broke a tooth biting into something hard I definitely won’t be going back

I eat at Subway because I know I'm going to get a consistent meal, however, service can be a bit and miss as it was today, 10-11-20.After paying for my sandwich, chips, and drink I noticed that 70% of the soda machine drink selections were not available. There was only 1 employee working. When I brought it up to her she acted surprised ? at first... then responded saying she is a new employee and couldn't work the machine. Anybody that knows me, knows it really takes a lot to impress me. But this one did. So much so I decided to make a career there. The owner Paran is one of the friendliest bosses I've ever been honored to work with. She is a warm and caring person and thinks of the customer's first.
