Service was slow factoring in there wasn't too much foot traffic during my visit but the baristas seem friendly. This particular Starbucks is small in size but it'll definitely do the trick when it comes to quenching your thirst, fulfilling those caffeine feening moments, or simply to satisfy any need for a quick 'pick me up'- IF YOU AREN'T IN ANY KIND OF HURRY. My single drink took a bit of time but was made well. No complaints when it comes down to it's taste. 3 stars overall....read full review
No straw for drink and cannot get straws by myself. When I pick the straw from the desk, a lady impolitely said I cannot do that and must ask someone pick it for me. Everyone is busy and no one notice me, and I do not want to bother them as well. So weird.

This is just your classic Starbucks in the heart of downtown Los Altos. The baristas were super friendly and made our drinks pretty fast. Everything was just as expected and I would definitely come back again!
