The food was actually decent, the experience and service was lacking. They cook the food for you, our grill wasn’t working correctly so the entire meal one of the waiters was bent over our table sticking a long stick in our grill and scrubbing it. The whole 40 minute experience, I had to sit and eat as if I was on an airplane. They cooked our food less where and delivered it to us as they worked on the grill. Complete lack of responsibility for the issue, at the end of our “meal” all the wait staff ignored us, half our party had paid and left and we were stuck there for an extra 20 minutes. No apology, no discount, just a terrible experience for an expensive experience m, we’re still all hungry. Not looking for freebies here but the least would be an apology. So many better options, give your money to an establishment that deserves it.

Came for lunch at 11:15 no wait, only one other party in the restaurant. Got the ahgassi combo and added an order of fatty beef intestine. Too much food - although it was just mom and me.Love the banchan. Love the kimchi. Mom loves the sweet potatoes. I also loved the leeks.Meat quality was bomb. Especially the intestines.Service was 5 stars. Especially Jin.

The tripe is not tasty.. I've eaten a lot of tripe in the US, but it wasn't very good.. You can see from the picture, but I thought it wouldn't be delicious even before I cooked it. But I'm not sure why they fried it so much.Even considering it's American, it's a bit bad. The tripe is almost fried, but the oil is removed at the end and it dries out, so I'm not sure if I'm eating dry fried food or tripe.And it uses tripe.Thanks to this, I forgot what tripe originally tasted like.The fried rice is too sweet. The raw meat is delicious. I recommend the raw fish.

Food was excellent, quality of meat was great and delicious. I feel the service needs to be improved. I had requested extra salad and kimchi banchan, the waiter responded just a moment and never returned. So I didn’t have any extra salad for the marinated boneless short rib and other meats. I had to ask for rice instead of being asked if I wanted to add rice in addition to the meal at the beginning when I was ordering. I had to ask for more water. They were more concerned with turning tables than providing a good service despite automatically adding the gratuity to the bill. Small things could have made the experience more pleasant.
