Had to try when visiting UCLA! This place is within 10-15 minutes walking from actual campus and the indoor seating is very nice with good ambiance. Good place to study or chat with friends over caffeine. I ordered an iced matcha latte (didn't realize it came unsweetened but they later let me try some of their house vanilla syrup). Usually I like Alfred but this location isn’t great, if I’m paying upwards of $8-12 on my drink w/ tip it shouldn’t be so watered down and bland. Just my personal experience, but definitely go to the West Hollywood one. All that being said the space itself is super clean and spacious.

Tried a matcha lavender drink, it was interesting, it was suggested by the staff so I gave it a try, think I’d still to regular coffee next time. But it was beautiful. Parking is tricky in this area, be prepared to walk. Short distance. No line when we went in, but cute atmosphere, very clean. Very friendly staff. Service was great. Would recommend and return.
