Hidden gem with great deals! It's not much to look at but they sell fortune cookies, almond cookies and noodles at a bargain prices. They sell cookies by the pound. I get my fortune cookies here. They are the individually wrapped and same ones found in Chinese restaurants. Delicious!

This is our go to spot for fresh noodles. The price has gone up from $10 (5+ years ago) but $15 for 10 lbs of fresh noodles, you can't get a better deal. We regularly purchase the pink box and like to freeze small batches and defrost as needed. Cash only and small bills preferred.

This is a hidden gem! We come here to get the cookie rejects, an okay sized bag of reject almond or fortune cookies for $1.50! Maybe like 15 broken cookies in there? They taste perfectly fine. Most are broken pieces. Maybe the almond was off center or no almond at all. Others may be a little more cooked on the edges but you can hardly tell and are definitely edible! These almond cookies are delicious! They're not bland like most almond cookies (plain shortbread tasting). Maybe some don't like them because they're overly almond-y and a bit sweet? But we love them! You can also buy boxes or cartons of almond and fortune cookies for events or whatever your needs are. Oh, they sell fresh noodles too but I haven't tried them. I believe it's cash only. Definitely coming back every time were in Chinatown!

Currently open and operating during COVID-19!CASH ONLY!!! Secret hole in the wall spot for the BEST fresh almond and fortune cookies!! I've been coming here since I was a toddler with my dad, and nothing has changed. Except the prices, though still very low. They also sell fresh noodles and ice cream, too! We just don't have fridge space for them, so I never buy it. All cookies are already portioned out based upon sizes of boxes. See, I should have known better when I saw that there was only three reviews of this place. Unfortunately I look at the Star level and saw that it was four and a half Stars. Period. I was bamboozled. I was craving fortune cookies because I recently got back from San Francisco and they have the best Fortune Cookie Company ever. They make it fresh, daily, right in front of you. Since I'm not flying out there anytime soon I decided to search for a fortune cookie place out here. Let me tell you, do not bother going. Those reviews must be by someone's relative. I should have known when I seen those raggedy display case that look dingy and dirty. The counter worker was less than friendly or accepting. But I still ordered one bag of fortune cookies which cost a dollar, one bag of almond cookies that cost $1 And1 50 Cent oatmeal raisin cookie. The oatmeal raisin cookie was hard, which is fine because some cookies are, but it tasted odd. Like it's been sitting there for months. The fortune cookies were white as snow, stale and tasted like they've been sitting in the plastic container for months. The almond cookies were a joke. Super crumbly and by this point I was afraid to try anything else. I did what I was supposed to do and put everything in the trash

This place has really great ice cream and cookies. They have a lot of unique flavors. I sampled a lot of them before deciding on the caramel cookie dough in a chocolate chip cookie cup. It was amazing! I would come back to try some of the other flavors.

Amay's makes the best almond cookies anywhere. This is a distribution point so it's fresh too.

I've been buying almond cookies here for a few years. It's the best kept secret. No signage on the store front so it can be easily missed. For 4 lbs of delicious cookies, only $8.80, no tax. Looks like a warehouse so don't expect much. Bought 4 boxes for myself and friends today.

Yes, Amay's has a cookie & noodle factory listed on Yelp, but the real treasure is their warehouse factory store in Chinatown where you can usually, but not always, get big bags of almond cookie and fortune cookie rejects for a song. The small bags of cookies are $1.50 each. We initially went to the factory looking for cookie rejects and they told us about their shop on High St. While you can get cookies and noodles at the factory, I don't think you can get the rejects. The rejects taste just as good and they're so cheap that in some ways, they taste better (it's the psychological thrill of getting a bargain that Chinese people feel). Warning, sometimes they have NO cookie rejects for sale. Either they sold out or the factory didn't make as many mistakes? Or both. But you can still buy a big box of cookies and fresh noodles. The fortune cookies are thin, crisp, and not too sweet. It has to be cash only, though I didn't see a sign.
