I wanted to love this place. The younger girl who works here is going to ruin your business. She seemed so miserable being there. Didn't acknowledge people walking in, no greetings, and when I approached her to have my order taken and tried being friendly she had such a bad attitude and tone. Hospitality 0/10 from this girl. No thank you's or hope to have you back or any type of customer appreciation. We bought about 50$ worth of bread. Almost Everything tasted stale and was cold. Only things that were good was Spanish bread and the fresh pan de sal that we came back for 15 minutes later. It was super soft, warm, and authentic. The lady who gave us the pan de sal was super nice and friendly. Maybe teach your peer to have a bit more enthusiasm. :) Ambiance was feeling down. Maybe try having some music on too so it doesn't feel so depressing in there.

Stopped by a few days ago and was extremely disappointed, I wanted a quick bite and some coffee. So there was two girls there....the woman that helped me out wasn't rude to me directly but wasn't helpful at all....she knew the coffee wasn't fresh since it was about noon but didn't say anything as she watched me struggle pumping into my cup (which ended up being cold and full of coffee grounds since it was leftover) luckily the younger lady there offered to make me a fresh cup & I heard as the woman mumbled something to her in her language. I then asked the woman about the price for a muffin and she dismissively answered me while having her back towards me as if she was annoyed with my presence. To top things off there is a $10 minimum purchase in order to pay with card...she was quick to say of if I I wanted to add more items but to my benefit I had cash on me. I wouldn't wanna give my $ and business to this place again

I went to Auntie Dee's and I ordered pancit malabon and pandesal this morning.the lady said the pancit malabon is not ready till about 30 mins. So, I told her I'll wait and I even told her I'll be back to buy groceries. 15mins passed and my ordered still not ready.she said 10mins. So I went back and I told them it's been 10mins. And still not ready. I was there taking video and quitely waiting, the guy went out he said "oh stress na sya" he looked at me and laughed. After another 15mins wait finally my order is ready.when I went home it has a eyelash on my pancit malabon. We lost our appetite and we were hungry. I don't want to eat it anymore after I saw that. Poor service and rude crew.

Recommending to order the trays for Pancit Malabon. Bought the small round container and to my disappointment, the portion size was not enough. They said it was by weight. For the price of about $9, it's just not worth it.

It smells amazing in here and we couldn't resist getting a bunch of things, including the empanada, dim sum buns, and a variety of pastries. Each one was dry, flavorless, and incredibly disappointing. Really surprised since it has so many great reviews.Oh well, can't win them all.

Their hopyas can use a little improvement! I've already called and even told the business in person that their hopyas are sooooooooo dry and way too flaky. Each bite you make the whole thing cracks and very crumly So it's a little disappointing. Not worth the money paying for $4-5 for a 3pc pack. (thumbs down)

We were in Glendale for a wedding and so didn't have a ton of time to explore (family wedding so there were lots of family obligations), but I really wanted to do a bakery crawl in Glendale Sunday morning before we headed to West LA and then north up the coast. Auntie Dee's Pan de Manila was one of the last stops on our 7-bakery crawl, but it was also one of my favorites. It was a great Filipino stop among the Armenian and Japanese bakeries on our crawl! We tried the chorizo bread (good), the beef empanada (good but not my favorite), choco bread (okay but a little dry), and the chicken asado siopao - so absolutely delicious, I would have eaten 3. Tiny little place, great service. A very good stop on our bakery crawl!

Okay, Auntie Dee's -- I see you! I've been wanting to check out this place for a long time and glad I finally did! I got their pancit malabon, pan de sal, chicken pot pie, buchi (sesame balls), and pimiento cheese. I loved all of them, especially the pan de sal. Toasted on a pan with some butter, reminds me of my childhood! My husband ate the chicken pot pie and he said he loved it. The pimiento cheese was a little too sweet for me, but otherwise I really enjoyed the goods that I got here. This isn't a fancy joint. It's a no-frills Filipino bakery shop, but it's just what I was looking for. I look forward to trying more items here on my next visit.

It's my place for my husband's pandesal. Soft and pluffy! Their ube pandesal is so good.
