I love Bacio! The ambiance is spectacular in all of their shops. The gelato is probably the best gelato I've ever tried and I think it's because they use really good ingredients and the quality control is spot on. The service is always amazing and you can tell all of the employees really love working their because they are very warm and genuine. I can't wait for them to open more locations!!!

It's been ages since my last visit to Siena, Italy, but I'm thrilled that this gelato shop has opened! I've sampled my fair share of gelato in Southern California, but nothing has truly impressed me. I'm no gelato expert. Upon entering, I noticed that the place was immaculate. The staff were welcoming and offered helpful recommendations. I was captivated by the beautiful display of all the gelato behind the counter, which momentarily transported me back to Italy. There was an abundance of variety and flavors, and I wished I could sample them all. My sister chose the guava flavor, while I opted for the chocolate, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It was rich, sweet, and creamy. Few places achieve the same level of creaminess and minimal air in their gelato. I can't wait to return and try more flavors.

Super cute gelato place in West LA! We got a waffle bowl with raspberries, sorbet and hazelnut chocolate. Both flavors were amazing, and the waffle bowl was crispy and delicious. Sometimes the waffle bowl is better than the ice cream itself. We got to try several flavors before without any issues. The gelato itself is very rich, so I don't recommend more than scoop per person. They have tubs that you can purchase to go as well. Overall a huge variety of flavor, but probably not the healthiest thing to be eating frequently! the parking is sometimes an issue, but there is parking nearby and sometimes you can get lucky for a street spot.

This place has top tier gelato and sherbet. Nothing calls for a cold treat like a rainy day in LA and this place did not disappoint. I had the lemon sherbet and mixed berries sherbet, both just the right amount of sweet and delightfully refreshing. And the gelato flavors I tried were so creamy and delish. Service was fast and the place was so cute and comfy. It was my first time here but I will definitely be retuning to try more flavors!
