Great service, milk tea & boba! Would recommend if you’re in the area looking for boba. I got a banana milk tea, which also had fresh chunks.It wasn’t too sweet, and the blend of the tea and bananas went well together, nothing too overpowering. Which is different from what the other reviews say, I went on a Tuesday afternoon. Maybe it just depends who’s making the drinks. But with that being said maybe there could be some work on making all the baristas consistent with the drink, or have them ask what sweetness level they’d prefer. I always ask for 75% sweetened. Which a lot of boba places will ask.Service was great and efficient, ambiance was cute and you get to take home a sweet glass cup too!For those reviews that say this place is pricey, coming from the Bay Area these boba prices seem “normal” relative to a big California city.

Eric was sooo nice and provided excellent service, cold brew coffee is sooo good. Definitely coming back for more. There are delicious milk teas with no dairy....yum! Now it's my to- go spot! Awesome cool spot!

I've been coming here the past few times to work on some art assignment simply because I adore the calmness and how cute the interior is! I usually just get a milk tea which I LOVE but I might need to give another drink a shot. The employees are also always very kind, I can't recommend this place enough!!!

The food was good and the overall atmosphere of this place is great. Erick provided great service and made sure my boba was the way I wanted it after it was messed up . Thank you Erick. boba was good and I ordered the strawberry milk tea and the banana milk tea which was recommended by him. I walked 30 mins to go to this boba and the aesthetics and service was amazing! We got the cutest glass bottles and the bear bottle. We got the Jasmine milk tea, House milk tea, and the Matcha. They had ran out of boba, but the lychee jelly was good. The Jasmine milk tea was too sweet and a little bitter, but I would definitely go again for the overall vibe of the store. Compared to the other boba places in the area, I would recommend this one! Can't wait to make a instagram feel about this!

Don't know why everyone is saying their drinks were super sweet. My watermelon green tea was definitely 0% sweetened. Best thing about the place is the cute cups, not the service or the drinks.

Bearology while on the pricy side at $8 for a large boba was absolutely delicious and the mugs the boba are poured into are lovely reusable ones that you can keep and use again! When I went I decided to get the Thai tea with boba which was strong and delicious and the boba was perfectly chewy! I highly recommend checking out this spot if you are in the Hollywood area of LA!
