Purchased an iPhone screen protector and had it applied at an Apple Store in 2020.Was told it has a lifetime warranty. Two yrs. later a large air bubble has formed by the home key. Contacted Belkin in August, 2023 for a replacement. It’s not available in the Apple Store any longer, submitted a copy of my receipt and told I’d receive a refund between 2 weeks to 30 days.On 8/11/23 an email indicated a check was mailed and I should receive it within 14 days. Called Belkin on 9/13/23 indicating the check never arrived. Reason is the suite number wasn’t included in the mailing address I provided to Belkin by email.I was told a manager would call me within 48 hours. Still waiting 48 hours later at 5 pm Central Time on Friday.Belkin is a large, well known company and should provide much better customer service! Now I’ll have to wait another 2 weeks to 30 days to obtain my check!Shame on Belkin! I’ll never purchase another item from this company! Items they sell can be purchased from their competitors!

0 stars!!!! Don’t buy the 2 year warranty for screen protector. I purchased this over a year ago and registered the product. Fast forward on today I tried getting a replacement and I was told I need to upload receipt which I don’t have and a picture of the cracked screen. What’s the point of registering and according to their hassle free warranty if your screen is ever cracked or damaged they will replace it hassle-free and registering your screen protector means personalized ready to go support. This statement/mission is simply a lie. I don’t have the receipt so therefore it’s a rip off.

I bought a belkin lifetime warranty. it broke down. it is written on the packaging LIFETIME WARRANTY.But after reporting to this brand it turns out that according to them the lifetime warranty is 5 years. Impossible to get reimbursed.I provided all the proofs that I was asked for and then I was told that an exchange would take place. No more news for some time. reminder from me and surprise my device is no longer manufactured. However, there is the equivalent or a refund is possible, but the brand refuses any refund or exchange claiming that the lifetime warranty is 5 years. This is blatant dishonesty on BELKIN's part.BELKIN marks to flee. Beware of the display on the packaging, it is false and misleading.

Terrible experience and customer support -1) ordered item from web-site in canada - was charged more since site did not show that it was USD2) contacted chat to cancel order 5 min after3) item arrived in 3 weeks anyway4) spent 4 weeks to get return label5) receved money but not all.

From my past experience with Belkin, they are an awesome company to deal with on warranty issues...if you can get through to a rep.NOW, my current situation, not so much. Currently on hold for 67 minutes and not a single person has offer any assistance. Understandably it is January 4th, and they're probably slammed with the Holiday season, but at least give us an option to leave a number for a callback when they're not so busy.

I purchased a Belkin glass screen protector for my new phone 2 days ago. The sales associate at the Apple Store told me to be sure to register my product with Belkin to take advantage of the warranty if something happens. As I started this process on the Belkin site I the exact name of the product could not be located. When I tried to fill in the box for the product number ( multiple times and 45 min of my time later) without success. I will NEVER purchase another Belkin product. When I have purchased competitive products I have never had a problem entering this type of information. I sent a message to Belkin and have not heard back from this company. Disappoint is an understatement of how I feel towards this dis-honest, fraudulent organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep being forced to buy their iPhone 3mm charging adapter, and they break consistently within a year. Lame. And then their customer support is always unreachable. So you cant even get replacements or file a complaint. Terrible company.

I have to reset all of my wemo devices after a power outage. I am going to switch to Lutron with a single hub for communication. Their android app has the option to turn lights on and off when Nest is set to away or home mode. Their engineering support forum indicates this feature has been disabled. Then why is it still in the app? I can use IFTTT to do this, but it doesn't entirely work all the time and I suspect it is on Wemo's communication end. FYI - the contact email address listed under this app is a fake email. All my emails to this address get returned to me.

The customer service is the worst! You are directed to an Indian call center where all they do is read from a manual. They have no clue about the product. Belkin you are horrible for not having a real tech support number for at least your professional products.

I work in the same building as Belkin, so we use their catering services quite frequently. The Chef/Manager Matt Alexander is the bomb and always comes through for my last minute meetings. I always find a "the best iv'e ever had" item from every spread he has brought so far. From Salad bars, to gourmet sandwich spreads - Belkin Catering is always my go to when we are allowed nicer lunches.
