We ordered the shrimp plate and steak plate with veggies and rice. AMAZING!!! Asked for 2 garlic whipped butter and 2 Diablo sauces...AMAZING!!!! The servings of these plates are generous! We could not finish. Diablo sauce has a great kick to it. Much love to the place. We will order again from here, on our next visit to LA.

Check your plates before you leave guys !!!!! The disappointment when you get home after having craved something like this for a while is wackk!! The food was good but not at all what we were waiting for! I contacted them view email and social media to see if we could get a partial refund or some kind of compensation and still no updates in that. We ordered one of the bigger plates (trio) and received the proteins with basic fried rice. Paid the extra money for chicken fried rice and our veggies were MIA in our order. One of the staple pieces to food like this... at least for the price I paid I expected to get what I ordered or some kind of explanation. .."sorry the chicken fried rice was missed or we ran out of veggies..." something. Even a response as to what or when we'd be compensated for the errors. It's really good food but, errors like that don't just happen... maybe they were distracted or idk but how do you forget to service the whole meal ??

Food was okay. Steak was overcooked and tough. Won’t come back unless I’m hungry for meat and don’t wanna walk.

Food portion is very small! Customer service is not the best.... I wouldn't spend my money here. There is way better places around the area. They need to stop being cheap and stingy and provide more food portions.

The food is sooo fye! Literally! Every time i come to Cali i always make sure to get Bachi Yaki. When my boyfriend came & ordered today, he gave AMAZING customers service & even offered the side of noodles on the house genuine business, & you definitely get your moneys worth! 100/10 recommend Peep the pictures, real hibachi GOAT

Food is absolutely delicious, seasoned to perfection. I had order a bachi combo with steak and Chicken as well as chicken steak and shrimp. Customer servicing was amazing as well. Definitely recommend, it's an experience that's to have.

The day after I ordered a tostada bowl and small quesadilla for $27 el poyo, was the day I started eating here. For a lower price at Bachi Yaki I can get premium steak rice and veggies? I'm in. I've eaten here 2-3 times a week for a couple months now and do not intend on stopping. Hands down the best spot in dtla for the quality, and price. Staff is extremely accommodating! Thanks guys! See you again Friday!

I got the filet mignon with vegetables and rice. I got it medium rare but I got it, it looked cooked more than that but nevertheless was tender and had good flavor. The rice had a ton of flavor and was great. Would definitely eat here again

Love the food but long hair cashier was unfriendly. Paid for extra sauces but didn't properly close the lid for two of them. Leaked all over the bag and even in my car.

people with allergies be careful. just reading the menu is not enough. There was nothing on the menu about mushrooms. When I asked to change the food they refused. I don't know how the food tastes. but the service is terrible.

This is my first review back in LA after living in Phoenix 2 years. I found this truck in a paid parking lot on Olympic downtown LA. Frank, the manager was super friendly and helpful. He made me a Hibachi bowl with steak and shrimp and it was the most meat I've seen in an Asian bowl from a truck. The rice was also great with 3 seasonings and I also had the garlic. Edamame which was also a winner. The amount of food for the price is a superior value and of great quality. I rank this truck best Hibachi food in LA. Highly recommended.

BEWARE! Paid for lobster but didn't get lobster. Usually it's in the shell with butter and this was not. It wasn't chewy at like lobster it fell apart like fish. Shrimp are small. It's all low grade quality food. Would not come here again. Like ever.
