Ordered through UberEats, specifically requested no pickles and no bird sauce on all my items, everything came completely wrong. The fries were hard, and the food was inedible due to an allergy. So disappointing.

Terrible food! Inedible! Soggy and burnt at the same time! Flavorless and shocking! Waste of 40 bucks! Don’t eat here unless you want soggy, crumbly “sweet biscuits”, burnt unseasoned chicken, condiments that all taste the same, and, I didn’t even get my drink or sauce… everything came completely plain, no toppings.

Literally only got a star because the chicken was fried fresh to order. However, the taste was less than subpar. Very bogus. Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND. I truly don't understand what are all these great reviews about. These people obviously never had chicken that actually tasted good. I only at the food because I paid almost $50 for it which I regretted with every bite.

Bird-N-Bun is a go-to and I absolutely love the sandwiches. The chicken is fried perfectly and juicy, whether you order original, spicy or deluxe. The loaded fries are very good, but the fries themselves are kind of whatever in terms of flavor but with everything else going on they kind of get away with it. Would be awesome if they loaded the original and spicy sandwiches with coleslaw like most other fried chicken sandwich places, so 4 stars for poor fry quality and having to pay extra for something that comes standard most other fried chicken places.Delivery is always fast, which is awesome when your hungry in a pinch. It's a ghost kitchen so there's not much in terms of ambiance, but the service is usually good if you go to pickup.

This is a ghost kitchen. The food looks and tastes like dining hall/cafeteria food. The chicken and waffles and loaded fries were definitely not worth 30 dollars. They weren't terrible, it's just not worth the money. It's like Dennys but with smaller portions.

Amazing chicken breast tenders and waffle fries! Large serving of chicken tenders(2 for him and 1 for me), all white meat, crunchy skin and not greasy. Waffle fries were a perfect pairing. A late night snack that hit the spot! and make sure you get their sauce; on point.

Meh. Portions size good, decent packaging but really lacked in overall taste. Received food cold and I showed up prior to getting any notification that order was ready. I had the Spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and waffle fries.Wasn't impressed and will not go back.

That was nasty.Looked for hot chicken within 5 min of house; next time, we'll drive. Checked out this place that seemed sketchy on Goigle/Yelp, yet people had reviewed it. It has two names; one on Google, another on Yelp. I like my Baby's initial response, "On Daisy? It can't be good." But he trusts me and my unique talent to search out deliciousness. I tried to warm him that's not what I was feeling this time, so much as laziness.So, we drive up to an innovative warehouse space. Food pick-up drivers are grabbing dishes from food lockers. Meanwhile, walk-ups (us) order from a kiosk. Kiosk has about 20 restaurants and their menus within. 5 stars for innovation.After this, it goes downhill. Place has a few tables and chairs for eating, but area seems sketchy for evening dining. Service is engaging, so plus there. I saw operation...Commercial refrigerator; each restaurant seems to have a door. So...fresh frozen heated up, maybe?Well, our sandwiches were 1) greasy, 2) missing slaw on one, 3) bread, 4) same heat, even though we ordered differently. Fries were good.
