Absolutely the best breakfast I have had in quite a while! Fresh and flavorful. It was like eating art. It's obvious the chefs care about what goes out. I highly recommend the rose matcha latte! We had no problems with service nor minded paying when we ordered. It was a very relaxing meal, leaving us all very satisfied!

cute american brunch place to go with friends price:$$ service:5/5 ambiance:5/5 so cute with clean seating and cute for pics, there is indoor and outdoor area french toast: 10/10 so delicious and sweet and berries are the perfect touch to the toast alongside the condense milk egg sandwich: 6/10 super oily, when I picked up the sandwich there is excess oily on the plate and all over my fingers. nothing special about the sandwich, could use some special sauce or more unique flavor but still a classic and good to eat

I just found this place yesterday. I ordered yesterday delivery and today I ordered for pick up. When I went to pick up my food I changed my mind and wanted to eat inside. I asked politely the server he was Mexican I believe but he refused to let me eat inside or outside the restaurant. This is the last time I'm getting something for here. Im very disappointed Worse customer service

The ambiance was really nice! It's an interesting set up, you order online and pay for your food or you can go up to the counter order and pay. You really don't see your server throughout the meal. When our food came the servers were confused on where to go and a few times they brought other tables' food towards us and we had to let them know it wasn't for us. The crunchy French toast what they're known for was average. Really needed more sweetness even with the icing(?) it was pretty bland. My Salmon Lox Benedict was also mid in terms of flavor but the potatoes were great! My Rose Matcha Latte was also really nice and I could taste the rose.

Never ever order from this place! How can you respect a place that doesn't send 2 out of 4 of Items? But you still have to pay for them plus tax and delivery fee? Scamming 100%

CONS: *pay & tip before you eat *no waiters *CUSTOMERS gets to run around when food is cold or drinks never show *Strange "no syrup" rule (why have French toast on the menu?) Blu Jam, what's up with your service style? Charging tips, yet we walk a mile Carrying plates cold as the sea, Seeking help, drinks absentee. And then there's your syrup ban, Leaving French toast as dry as sand. My kiddo's face fell in dismay, Missing syrup's sweet ballet. So, dear Blu Jam, let's sort this mess, Bring warmth and syrup, nothing less! Let's make dining a joyous task, Is that too much for us to ask?

All 4 of us were very impressed at the first bite. Well prepared and succulent dishes framed with artistic presentation holding hands with a rich flavored cup of coffee. Undecided what to choose from the beginning after scrutinized that attractive and colorful menu, but in reality, every item is a good choice.

We went there for the first time today and we LOVED it! food was great and coffee was amazing. But the best part was Rikki with her smile and friendly attitude.

The place looked really good, so I walked there to get a quick bite and tea. The waiter said I could seat and order by the bar, but the entire time I sat there, the bartender did not even look at my face, and when she was no longer busy, she went on her phone and completely ignore me. I got up and went back to the front desk, but no one was there. Waiters looked at me standing there and did not approach. I finally went after one and asked if I could place an order to go, he told me to wait until someone came back. Five minutes later finally someone got my order. No napkins for the very messy sandwich I got, neither utensils for the potatoes... Food was ok but the service was really bad.

??????Come to eat around 10 o'clock in the morning~After eating, you can stop by the nearby Gedi Center for a stroll. The food part is quite delicious! You can park on the side road (pay attention to the signs)Just don't stay too long,I personally think you don’t have to pay the service fee. When I went there, he only showed us a table and gave us water. That's all,It should be okay if you don’t tip, right?Different people have different opinions.

Nice looking place but not having wait staff to take orders leaves a cold impersonal feeling. Place was almost empty at 12:30pm. Ordered the oatmeal with fresh berries. Way, way too runny. More like oat soup. Toast with jam was good. Only open until 2pm. How do you pay the rent when you're closed 19 hrs a day?

Went for breakfast yesterday, 2nd time at this location. First time we were the first customers, at opening. Yesterday, was around 10am and quite busy. We were seated at the last table in champagne room, out of sight out of mind. We ordered using the QR code, Table 73. We ordered 2 latte's, crunchy French toast and the pasta breakfast bowl. 20 minutes later our food came. We asked about our latte's. 10 minutes in we find a 2 inch very course hair on the plate of the French toast. I have to carry the plate through the entire restaurant and find someone to show. [all of that what pretty overwhelming] They bring a 2nd order [we could tell new thank goodness], we asked again for our latte's. They finally bring them. Now, 2nd French toast is now 1/2 eaten, THERE IS ANOTHER HAIR! We motion to the ONE server who came into the room who we told. Even he acknowledged it was gross! [REMEMBER WE HAD TO PAY AND TIP WHEN WE ORDERED]. We decide we're done and go to the register to ask for a refund of the French toast. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND. Being busy was no excuse. If you can't get it close STOP while you're ahead.

All time weird dining experience. They make you order off your phone, type everything out manually, including entering your card number into their website to prepay for the food. The waiter won't take your order. They refused to serve syrup with the French toast. What cafe refuses to serve syrup? The waiter made fun of the owner for this rule when he had to tell me how ridiculous of a policy it was. Served my coffees 5 minutes after they served my food. And served my food 5 minutes before they served my partners order so my food got cold by the time I could eat it. I guess since they make you order off your phone and pay + tip before anything happens they think they can get away with terrible dining service. Sad!
