I've come here a couple times, and I've always had great service. Last week, I ordered a coffee and egg bites. I guess the egg bites usually come with hot sauce but they were out, so the barista gave me a courtesy card for a future purchase to make up for it. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to, it was a small gesture that made my day.

- it’s hip and has the same vibes and atmosphere with those in Japan, Taiwan and Jakarta- NOLA is meh. Tastes like regular latte despite the chicory brewed in.- Sweet Latte is pretty good. Sweet but not too sweet. Coffee is not too sour.

Strong coffee spot that make consistent coffee that doesn't taste bitter. Sometimes there's a line but it goes by fast! I typically get a black coffee and it keeps me energized for the day!

Quite simply, the best tasting coffee beverages I've had in my life. My daughter also absolutely loves this place. My favorite orders are the sweet latte, the seasonal coffees the cappuccino is out of this world. Some advice: use the app! This way you avoid a long lineup. Hint: the fact this location always has a long line shows just how yummy the coffee is! Five stars all the way.

This coffee shop urgently needs a new/professional store manager! The unprofessional individual, named Alec, currently managing this store has been undoubtedly unfit to manage this crucial location...we truly hope that senior management would alternatively and promptly appoint its competent assistant store manager-- Risley -- to properly run it going forward!
While this cafe is nice and serves good coffee, I wish I could give 0 stars. The manager, Alec, is horribly rude. He sucks and needs an immediate attitude change.

Truly how did we just wait at the front of the line for ten minutes without anyone speaking to us or acknowledging anyone was in the store while all three employees acted oblivious to the line of people.
