This is our fave karaoke spot! I especially love that there is a dance floor in front of the stage so you can get up and groove if you want. Always a good time. Also, Boardwalk 11 attracts a fun crowd of people and some colorful characters!

I love coming here on Fridays and Saturdays because I like to sing ballads because the love songs I sing is because I am living with autism. The people are very very great. I do enjoy being hugged by females after I sing ballads because I am at my best when I sing power ballads I enjoy comingh here on Fridays and Saturdays I enjoy singing epic songs and 70s and 80s music

Let’s be clear. This place is about the karaoke. The KJs are fantastic, the setup is unparalleled, the crowd is always fun and engaged. The tap is extensive, varied, and always includes something I’ll love. The food is adequate. If you are hungry you can eat and it will be fine. The service has always been great for me. Occasionally a specific beer will stay on a bit too long and get a little skunked. But there have also been some amazing hard-to-find beers as well.

It's all good except I paid 20usd (with tip that I don't regret because waiter is cool) for a churros Sunday that I assumed was going to be a tad more expensive than the two other desserts (5 and 6 dollars). At the most you would expect the churros Sunday to equate to the summation of churros (5usd) and Sunday (6usd), but not, it was 16usd. I know it's LA and y'all trying to make your fair share of money but this is so outrageously expensive and makes no sense. Too bad I liked the place but paying this much for such a trivial dessert is insulting.

Great selection of beers on tap. Food also good. Clean, organized, nice little stage, good sound system, plenty of tables to dine on.

Honestly, super chill bar! Good vibes. Amazing selection of beers. Staff is friendly! I don't do karaoke, I normally just sit on patio reading, but other people seem to be having a good time and have heard a wide range of music. Miss the Mac n cheese eggrolls though! Those were the best! Please bring those back! They call some guy "The King" not sure what that's about but just adds to the neighborhood bar vibes. Parking sucks but thats Palms for you! It's a lot easier when the nearby businesses close around 9/10.

Maybe I'm asking too much of this place. But the understaffed but overbooked vibes is not it for me. Definitely a place for singers to do karaoke and more likely beer. Stormy, the bartender's attitude sucked and I honestly only stayed because my friend booked a party. This seems like a neighborhood waterhole so "shrug" I'm glad this isn't my neighborhood. Parking lot parking share with two other stores

I went to Boardwalk 11 last night. It was fun. My party and I did some karaoke. The sound system is good. I like the lighting of the place. I like that there's ample seating for patrons. I had a vodka and pinaepple mixed drink.

My friends and I came to this bar on Saturday 2/24 in hopes of having a good time and were easily shown that our safety and well being is NOT protected or prioritized as a black woman + 2 women of color. We entered the bar at 11pm and I signed up for karaoke, but i was told that they weren't gonna get to me until after 12am. So we decided to wait. We were singing and dancing while other people were going, minding our business and enjoying ourselves. About 30 minutes later, I was sitting down and a very intoxicated man unwarrantedly started yelling in my ear the phrase "black woman" repeatedly. My friends quickly told him to leave us alone, and to back up. We then left him alone. However, he proceeded to berate us behind our backs, screaming that we were "Bi**hes". Afterwards, one of my friends stood up and told him to leave us alone. The drunk man didn't even hesitate to shove her so hard in her airways that her chest was red. He was beating her up, ripped her necklace off her neck, and when I jumped in to defend her, he punched me right in my face... as well as pulled my hair. The security guard then proceeded to break us up and instead of asking us if we were OK or checking in with us first as three WOMEN, he immediately went to the man and asked him to tell the story. And when we tried talking to him, the security guard snapped at us saying that we needed to calm down. We quickly realized that not a single soul was on our side in that bar, so we closed out and tried to leave the premises. They didn't even try to kick him out until the very last minute. He was still inside when we left. Even after we did so, the man continued to berate us on the way to the car, threatening us and saying that he was going to UNALIVE us. In front of everyone. and AGAIN, the security did nothing but RECORD us without any consent. When we asked to call the police, he did nothing. None of the staff stepped in, or even asked us if we were OK, and when we called to see if there was someone we could talk to about it, they just offered us around of free drinks in our next visit. The fact that this was the response to CLEAR physical assault against two women is degrading and disappointing. I definitely do not recommend coming to this place, and everyone should know that the staff and security are incredibly misogynistic, and generally do not care for the well-being of women. Especially when they're not white.

Great vibe, cheap drinks (for LA) and super chill staff. Anyone can enter the singing queue, if you feel like it! Decent munchie food, and a spot I plan on returning! The more the merrier, this place draws a diverse crowd! Young or old, you'll have a good time :)
