While staying at the hotel, we came to Brewsters two nights for a night cap. The first night I ordered two blueberry lemon drops and my husband ordered a glass of wine. The second night I had a glass of resiling. Everything was perfect- the bartender can make an amazing drink, he was attentive and was super friendly. Come to find out he has family in our small city lol. The ambiance is a regular hotel restaurant so it's good if staying in hotel without means to get out of the hotel or if just want a night cap before bed. All in all, I think this was one of the best assets to the hotel.

Got a raw burger. Still cold in the middle.Seems like the frozen patty was seared too quickly without the ice in the middle melting. Was not expecting that for $20. Our server was great

Hotel is convenient but when I filled out a post-stay survey and complained about the smell of smoke in the room, the hotel decided to charge me for smoking - $350. No response from hotel to my calls or messages left on accounting voice mail. Disputed charge and hotel told credit card company it was for the room charge (not smoking). I've re-opened the dispute.

The room looks nothing like the pictures they are worse than motels! The lobby looks nice and stuff but the room is fking trash! And $50 parking per day even we already paid for the room. And they charge $10.95 ordinance per day. No fridge and they don’t even have a trash can in the room…idk wtf is this DONT STAY IN THIS TRASH

Lovely rooms, comfortable and cozy Excellent shuttle to airport WiFi incredibly slow and kept cutting out Value for money aswell, $23 for breakfast not so much value just coffee, juice and 3 hot plates

Overall, I really enjoyed how the staff had managed small flaws, such as not handing out breakfast vouchers, or not matching access cards with check-out times. (E.g. card not working, since check-out was set for 400pm, but the card was still in the dark, set for 12). Breakfast was just "ok", at least there were oranges, bananas and apples, see for yourself. Gym, swimming pool, the room was "ok", but all worn out, the AC was not really running in the gym. Liked the hotel, the stay, and will definitely return.

Air conditioner on and off all night, too cold then too hot. Not enough electrical outlets in room. Had to unplug telephone to use CPAP machine. Barely any water pressure in bathroom sink. Parking ridiculously expensive. But location was good, very close to airport. Shuttle service was great!

The shuttle service to and from the airport was very convenient! The room itself is quite outdated, as Australians we still find it odd that American rooms don’t come with kettles but the microwave was good. Wifi is atrocious; connection so bad you can’t stream or watch anything. Front desk staff were very friendly. Unfortunately there was a hotel staff strike when we stayed so we were woken up at 5.30am every morning with drums and chants.

This hotels rating of 3.5 is generous. Several issues made our stay unbearable. Being awaken every morning at 6am by hotel staff protestors with drums and all. Crappy wifi. Shower was too strong and not hot enough. Charged our card $350 smoking fee (we didn’t smoke). Lobby is an ice box the staffs noses were running. Needed renovations. Charged our card for parking when we told them several times we intended to pay cash. The hotel refused us compensation and told us that they had to deal with Expedia who we booked through.

Horrible hotel ! I got here with an early check request and they took my credit card and gave me a room key and when I got to the room it was occupied! So I went downstairs and they said sorry there is no room available and suck it up! That came from the front desk director Marasol Mendez ! Horrible, don’t stay here !!!

The hotel is perfectly located for spending a night before a flight but the rooms are merely clean with windows that can be seen from the corridor. The hotel in general is less clean than expected for a Sheraton and the price they charge

Proximity to airport is great, but expect noise as its planes are flying over much of the night. The hotel needs updating. Decor and furniture old, our room smelled like dust and stale cigarettes even though it was clean. Staff were kind and friendly, check in/out was easy.

I feel bad giving a low star review because the bartender was really nice, but this whole place was so slow. Took forever for food to come out from the kitchen like they were making one thing at a time. Not the bartenders fault, but he probably could have used a little help with hotel guests backing up in there.
