Service was slow, we kept having to flag down the waiters to get service. The food was decent for the price. Although they charged my credit card twice and never resolved the issue with me. Called multiple times and they kept saying they would get back to me. Also couldn't dispute it with my bank because I didn't have a recipt even though there was a clear double charge on the same day. Stay away if you're splitting the bill.

Place is garbage. Caught some severe food poisoning from this location. It was busy and no sports were playing and they kept repeating the same horrible music over and over. Manager was a fat Eddie Winslow looking guy with nappy braids and zero class.

Quite a horrendous experience if I may say: I and a dear friend, we decided to dine in at this location, and let me tell you about it :: thinking that the bar will be faster and cooler also, we decide to give it a shot. What a bad decision!! The lady who act as a bartender was more then impolite, we order boneless wings and burgers with fries. Never been offered the option how the meat of thee burger to be cook, or get a refill on the IPA that was truly wonderful by the way. Debra the bartender/ server needs additional training, and some manners as well

I placed an online order for pickup 1/20. I arrived on time and because I've come here before and my order has not been ready at the scheduled time, I called. I wanted to be sure it was ready before I left my car illegally parked. I called and Dre answered the phone. He was extremely rude to me and kept cutting me off when all I wanted to know was if my order is ready. It was unnecessary and I didn't appreciate it.

It doesn't look like a restaurant, it looks like a bunch of neighborhood friends decided to try it out. You can't even tell who is working there and who is a customer. I'm not asking them to be nice, but for some reason I felt like they treated me like I was begging for food without paying for it. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings, but I don't think I'll ever go back, there are plenty of other good chicken places. I’m a very quite person, so most of the time I just let things slide and I don't really leave the reviews but this one is unacceptible.
