The food is completely different at this location than the ones in GA. The salsa is canned, the bleu cheese is canned, the vegetables are from a bag and they have Pepsi products, not Coke. Ordering is all digital but the person who brought my drink and food did smile, so I gave a 5.

Horrendous. Came for a sports night, was told the wait was about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, half the restaurant was empty. I was there to eat, and they refused to seat my party. Watched several people have exactly the same frustration. Not my first time at this place-- in the past, even if they decide to seat you, service is atrocious. Not the servers fault, they're comically understaffed. Routinely. I didn't go for a couple years, then decided to try it again when this most recent incident happened with the restaurant half empty and them refusing to seat patrons (assuming, again, because they're understaffed). Needs new management badly. Won't be returning. Dave and Busters is a 3 min walk away, in a nicer part of Hollywood, and I've never experienced anything like this over there.

I got here around 8:50. Place closes at 10. Waited in the front for about 5-10 minutes. Wasn’t greated. Wasn’t even acknowledged by the waitress. Fine so we walked into bar area and asked if we could be seated or order take out. Asked us to go back to the front and wait for the waitress that there’s only one. So we went back to the front and waited around 9:18pm we decided to leave as the waitress just cleaned her tables and walked around cleaning and never not once said hi or I’ll be right with you or nothing. The restaurant wasn’t even busy maybe 2 tables.

Worst buffalo wild wings ever! FYI, if you do decide to eat here, expect your food to arrive 2hrs later. They’re very understaffed, and those who do work there have terrible customer service. When we were eating 2 employees were verbally fighting and using profanity language that is so unprofessional!

I rate these places based on their classic buffalo, for starters, and this place had a very decent but not impressive classic buffalo wings. Over-all very average.The service was great, and its got a very sports centric ambiance. Good place to go to sate a craving, and will go again if ever that occurs. Might try their other flavors to gauge their food better.

Certainly a choice of wings and flavours! The hot sauce was HOT!!!! I ate 2 but couldn't manage anymore, the heat afterwards was extreme. Nachos were good as were the buffalo tots. Service was excellent and very friendly. We did over order so it wasn't an issue but the fries and tots weren't as hot (temperature) as we'd have expected but we didn't complain so can't knock them as they weren't made aware.
I really wish this place would close down. No one is ever there to attend to anyone, whether you’re picking up an order, trying to get a table, sitting at a table, or sitting at the bar. No wonder this place gets no business. I’m surprised this place is still open.

We had a BeatBox x Buffalo Wild Wings dinner a couple of weeks ago and it was so fun! The servers were attentive and kind, our food was delicious, and most importantly, the BeatBox party punches were sooo good. I tried the Mango BeatBox with Baja Blast and it was a perfect combo. My other friends tried the Fruit Punch flavored BeatBox with Hawaiian Punch and said it tasted amazing. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to try out the new party punches along with some tasty food!
