I ordered online from the BWW in Chinatown in Los Angeles. When I got home I noticed my traditional wings had feathers still attached to the wings. I called to notify the restaurant and the manager said that they do not defeather the wings they serve which I think is totally unacceptable. They offered 6 free wings but no refund. Who serves chicken wings with feathers?

Went I today for lunch, but did not even get to eat after over an hour of waiting. 3 tables that ordered after us got their food after us, and that made me question if our order was even placed by waiter. No update or apology until we had to ask another waitress about our food, our waiter accidentally let out that he put our order in late but tried blaming the kitchen. Ended up leaving because we were outta time for lunch and I wasn’t paying for it. Don’t come here!!

Went here on a layover from an Amtrak trip. Ended up staying for an entire baseball game. Staff was great. Checked up on us the entire time.

Service was beyond slow and restaurant was not busy at all. Our whole visit took us nearly 3 hours for what was suppose to be a quick lunch. Server was rude and not personable. Tip came included which should not have been. Not sure how the server will still receive an automatic tip with such a horrible experience, probably why she could care less about customer service. Tip not deserved.

Food was a bit simple not to much flavor on chick strips. We have been to many BWW from Covina to DTLA. (*Side note Monterrey Park -3 rating) Drinks took a bit long to come by. Once food was out server didn't check if all was good or we needed anything. I didn't know they had a DJ, that was super cool & great mix.Parking: Its at the same location as the resident underground, they did validate. $$
Wow if there was a contest for worse service ever, they win hands down. Fat lady in pink tshirt serves after there is no one else on planet to serve so I had to wave at the other lady seeing the bar...annoyed dude in hat finally asks what I want. I finally eat after entering an hour later. What a joke. I was nice enough to tip my most crumbled $5. But wrote on receipt "Your service sucks" that was my nicest compliment I could give.
