Love this place for the breakfast option with short waiting time and cozy interior. However they can do better with flower arrangements on the tables: please replace cheap plastic flowers with real!

Visited again in April 2024. They've updated the menu and added turkey bacon. Service was attentive. The background music was soothing and relaxing. I enjoy the CA cafe ambiance here and look forward to returning.

Loved this place! Came here recently for brunch with a girlfriend. We split the breakfast burrito but it was so delicious we wished we each got our own. The outdoor patio is lovely.

I went to Cafe Fig about six months ago and food was great!! Unfortunately, they are under new management so their whole menu has changed. Personally I wasn't happy with the food. I ordered a $22 burger for lunch and my husband eggs Benedict that didn't come with a side. I wish I had pictures. The food was just good sadly!!

Came here 9 months ago and so much has changed. I came out of town only to be disappointed. They did not have the chilaquiles for the breakfast menu. The food I did order was subpar. Ordered the ricotta pancakes with a side of eggs and bacon. Nothing from the ordinary. Service was dry and slow.

I'll start by saying service was nice but felt a bit understaffed at times. We came right before a Lakers game and it was packed. Recommend a reservation if you want to guarantee a seat. We managed to grab a table by the lounge before everything filled up. I ordered the rose lavender latte, which had a strong coffee and honey taste but not much stood out from the rose lavender end. The avocado toast had a really good poached egg but it has a pretty strong kick to the chili that I was not expecting and was a bit too overwhelming for me at times. It's convenient if you can get a seat otherwise a pass for me.

Great time brunching here! The host was friendly and welcoming, our server was wonderful! We requested for a side of cheese plate with our charcuterie board and she made it happen- no fuss. Food is deliciously decent, the ambiance is beautiful for a café. They have a bar and lots of tables! This place gets busy specially when there's a good game in Crypto arena. Valet is $18 with cafe validation or park across the private, safe lot for $15. Walking distance from Crypto arena.

The menus on the hotels websites are outdated. The happy hour menu is much smaller now, less options and only small bites. The hours of happy hour are also shorter than what the website listed. I stood for a while in front of the host stand and waited to be seated. Finally got someone's attention and they told me it was open seating and they would send someone over. I sat myself and waited almost 15 minutes but no one came around so I left. Ended up trying again the second night and service was better but nothing special. Happy hour prices are fair but regular menu is classic over priced hotel food.

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Food was good but not amazing. Would love to see more variety on the menu. Cappuccino was great!

Avoid at all costs. Took forever to get someone to get my order. Took one hour for them to bring breakfast and they got it wrong. Put stuff I didn’t order on my bill. Worst service I ever had anywhere.

My husband and I visited this restaurant and it was a nice surprise. Great atmosphere and friendly service. We ordered a Greek salad and chicken sandwich. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our time here. We would recommend this place. I would have given 5 stars but the protesters outside were a distraction.

LOVE the vibe! Who ever designed the space, well done. Reminds me of why I love being in LA. Staff is attentive. Food is delish. I appreciate that the breading on the chicken sandwich is thin, so you can taste the moist chicken underneath. Fries could have been a bit more crispy. Slight frustration, my friend ordered chicken with her salad. The sever didn't ask if she wanted grilled or KATSU. She received KATSU which she didn't want. We didn't even know there were options, would have been nice to have been communicated that. Side note - Valet is $18 and the parking lot next to valet is $20 for the day. Lunchtime on a Saturday afternoon ample parking in the parking lot.

Quaint and good food. Steak frites, Parmesan truffle fries & the guac are worth it!! 8.5/10

Very cute breakfast place in the hotel. Would have liked a few more options on the menu but the service was very good and the iced vanilla latte was soooo good.

This is one of those spots I had always wanted to try. It just sounds so delicious but unfortunately it fell flat. I was with my daughter so I didn't want to have to dodge all the downtown shady characters and hot garbage so we used the valet, it was $18 with validation. Once you get inside the ambiance is nice, clean, even the restrooms. The customer service was friendly, waters were refilled but we were not brought out the drink menu so had to sorta guess what they had. Asked for a matcha latte and wasn't told they had two kinds. It didn't even matter in the end because we were told their coffee machine was not accessible so I just got a hot tea. The menu was lacking, nothing really stood out but I had high hopes that the flavors would pop! I ordered the grain bowl with salmon. The salmon is the cold lox type salmon not a full grilled, hot salmon. It was actually the best part of the salad along with the cheese. But the rest just felt like a ton of thick roughage with no flavor. It was missing salt, more acidity, maybe a pop of fresh lemon, some nuts for texture and maybe some raisins or cranberries. The salads I quickly whip together at home are easily better. Was hoping dessert would be redeeming, especially my daughter but when I asked for the dessert menu we were told they didn't have any. All in all it was a huge disappointment and I would never come back. Maybe just to the bar for a cocktail, the drinks I saw looked pretty good.
