It’s pretty here, but there were a lot flies flying around and not a lot of available space to sit on. My cream matcha drink was okay.

One of the most beautiful and relaxing coffee shop in LA! The baristas knows how to make a great coffee ??

I always try to be kind and tip at least 20% when I go here bc usually I enjoy the atmosphere. The lesson taking myOrder is always nice, but the baristas have a different vibe. Today they just straight up forgot my drink. The made someone else’s drink before mine. Then the barista asked me if my drink was hot, and i said no. Then I had to give him my order again. There were 2 customers…me and one other person. They just forgot me, and then they were rude when I was surprised the drink I got was the one at the bar. I don’t think they would have even noticed if I didn’t go up to the bar bc I thought it was my drink.

Overall I really liked the look and feel of the space. I love the various spots you can sit at to enjoy a cup of matcha or coffee. I loved the light that comes through the trees and that they offer free books to read while you're there! I thought the goat cheese/spinach croissant and sweet cream matcha drink were both very delicious and would recommend trying. The only thing I would say is parking is limited so you'd most likely have to park down the street in the neighborhood. Also, there aren't a lot of tables, so it is kind of hard to eat what you ordered. For example, I came here with two friends, where we each ordered a drink and croissant... and we only had one tiny coffee table to balance everything haha. The service was good and it's dog-friendly here too. It was kind of loud when we were here, so this cafe would be a decent spot for light-reading/studying or just a place to chit-chat!

Pro: bright patio, aesthetic. Grow: needs higher tables. I loved this Cafe! I work best in bright and open spaces and this patio did not disappoint. The green and pink contrast throughout the cafe is beautiful. In terms of seating, they have ample benches but not enough high tables to comfortably work from. The WiFi was fast and reliable. They also have a little library with a good selection of books! The staff were friendly and fast with the orders. I had read many reviews saying it's extremely crowded but that was not the case on Friday. Drink: I had the pistachio lavender latte. The combo was interesting but I think the flavors were competing a bit too much. I did love the swirly foam on my latte but think they could step up the art. Overall, this cafe has one of the best patios and I loved working here. I will be back!

Such a nice little gem tucked away in Silver Lake. I had an iced dirty chaga tea latte and I honestly enjoyed it with my butter croissant. I brought my laptop and I was able to work for a bit while I was there. I really liked the courtyard. Great place to catch up with friends on a nice warm day.

Such a fun little spot! My friend and I came for our monthly book club meeting, grabbed a matcha/coffee and sat on the patio to discuss our read. The aesthetic of this cafe you can't beat, the vibe is amazing for readers!

A super cute spot tucked away next to Trader Joe's in Silver Lake. You walk inside and it's like walking into a storybook garden. The salty caramel latte (seasonal, I believe) was delicious! No outlets that I could see, so that made it a bit tough for me to stay too long. Baristas were friendly.

Cute ambiance, plenty of space for me to sit, cute dogs, fast service, but sadly the parking, of course is super small but i managed to get lucky getting a spot! The matcha latte wasnt good but i did enjoy the chai latte! Probably would come back for the chai latte or vanilla latte

First two things that stand out about Cafe Nido is the parking and the vibe, so let's start there. Parking isn't clear, but they do have limited parking around back. Aside from that, you'll have to depend on street meter parking. The vibe is the most catchy spot to this place. A majority of their seating is outside. So if the weather is cold (which it was on this day) then you are gonna have a cold experience. But it is very picturesque so if you're "doing it for the gram" then this is a cool spot. As far as the beverages and pastries, the pastries were better than the beverages. My friend grabbed a oatmilk dirty chai tea latte and it tasted like they used chai tea bag so the chai tasted watered down and bitter. We didn't finish the chai. I ordered a oatmilk chaga latte. This was pretty good. I give it an 7 out of 10 in the sense that it was good enough to enjoy but not good enough to order again. But I have seldom tasted a good chaga latte so that's something to note. The pastries were pretty tasty! I've haven't run to many places that have a quality toast in a cafe with good butter and choice of jam or honey. But this was a great choice for me! My friend really enjoyed the chocolate croissant too. It was nice and moist with just the right amount of flakyness. As far as placing my order, and receiving our food and beverages the service was pleasant and basic. We were greeted warmly by the young lady behind the bar and she helped us figure out what's in our drinks and all the customizations and milk preferences. She was very helpful and pleasant to speak with However they had a busser who kind of moved to the beat of his own drum. He came to our table before we were finished with our drink and pastries and started re-arranging our plates and cupware to take what we were using. He just walked up and grabbed my drink without saying excuse me or anything until he already had what he wanted and he didn't necessarily need to even move my drink. So it's was just odd. Usually one comes up and says "excuse me, can I get this extra plate out of the way?" And then we all cooperate. My recommendation is that if you're looking for a cool pic, it's a cool spot. Maybe in the spring time or warmer weather it adds a little more punch to the experience. But aside from that, It's not a place I see myself going to again. I'm also a writer so having a place with outlets would be good but they didn't have any noticeable ones again because most seating is outside. There might have been a couple in a side room with limited seating but I didn't catch them with a simple look.
