I had never been into a California Pizza Kitchen, but figured I'd try this one while at the mall. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of some beer and pizza. The pizza was delicious and filling. The had a great selection of traditional and more exotic/international toppings. The server could have been a little more attentive, but overall the experience was good.

This place has the worst service ive seen on a restaurant we came and order 1 pizza 1 hamburguer plate with fries it was me and my husband with 2 babies when i placed the order the server looked at me and say thats it? Your kids are not going to eat? He make me feel bad i didnt want to explain my babies are picky eaters and never eat they only pick one or two bites sometimes nothing thats why i feed them before or after but because of his comments i ordered some avocado rolls and thats it he NEVER came back after delivering the order no do you need something else? Or can i bring you another drink nothing so i ask for the check to the lady that was in the computer and first she ignored me and after she turned around and scream at me “im not your server” she was sooooooo rude i was furious to let my hard earned money with this people the manager or owner did a very very poor job to fix the situation as she still was making faces at us from behind the counterThe bathrooms are so dirty and smelled so bad

I ordered delivery it arrived on time. The pizza was Luke warm at best. It was very soggy. I answered a CA Pizza Kitchen survey. I assume it was a manager called said she would send a gift card within 3 days several weeks ago. This is the Century City

Fantastic food and friendly staff! Im the manager of another restaurant chain here in west LA and I noticed a couple things worth noting. When the host seated us at our table we had to wipe crumbs off the booth and tables as it was evident that it wasn't wiped. There were also straw wrappers and pieces of food on the floor so it wasn't swept as well. I thought it was just our table but after looking around I noticed that no one who bussed the tables had a rag to wipe and sanitize from the previous party or swept the floor before seating the next party. The two tables on each side of us had dirty napkins on the ground and those tables still got seated without anyone picking it up. We watched those new parties pick up and throw away the napkins and trash themselves. I'm thinking this is just as CPK thing in its entirety as it looked like wiping and sweeping weren't part of their bussing procedures. Not a big deal but just wanted to point it out because this location is perfect in every other way. The food here was amazing and came out better than any other CPK location. The staff was amazing, friendly, and engaging which made the rest of the experience wonderful. The best part was how attentive the manger was (bald gentleman) as he touched every table multiple times and made sure the guests need's were taken care of. Its the perfect place to bring a family or to have a date night. Will definitely be coming back as a returning customer!

Our food was cold twice and had to send back both appetizers. we didn't get water until the end of the meal. The margarita was watered down and the whole experience put us off of ever coming back to this location.
The waiter very attentive; howeverThe facilities are super dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, the person at the entrance is the least suited to manage the welcome of users, poorly approached, terrible treatment, I suggest that they take more care in the selection of staff for their public relations, he is not a person suitable for be at the main entrance of your restaurant.

The hostess.... I believe her name was something like Soia or Zoila or some strange name ... is completely rude. We came in and were told there was a 30 minute wait and she would call us when our table was ready, waited an hour didn't hear back. Finally came back to check why we hadn't heard back and she argued with us.... My date wanted to begin an altercation with her

Du day we stopped in while shopping for a bite to eat. The service was ok...but, when I asked for more bread you never returned to the table and when we asked for chips and corn guacamole they gave us the last of what was in the bag...all small pieces. As we pointed this out the young lady giggled a little and said I'm sorry. More training is needed! If it were not for the tasty salad I had and my sons meal I would give them a 3 star. Do better!

This is such a gorgeous place where they have these nice wooden tables, there are booths with windows to sit at that you can open or close the curtains upon request, and the food is fantastic! They have really nice workers here and I very much highly recommend going to this location!
