Subpar customer service. Just ordered chilled double shot of espresso w a splash oat milk to go. Not only did the cashier try to put my order in as a drink that cost $2 extra, but once my order was finished it wasn't chilled and they tried to give it to me in a tiny cup with no lid. I had to ask for a cup with a lid.....didn't even bother asking for it chilled by then.

Great service and nice seating but the food was awful. I am actually in awe of the audacity to charge $10.50 for avocado toast with such poorly sourced ingredients (not even fresh avocado, thin sandwich bread) that took an unbelievable amount of time to come out. My iced latte was great thoughKid-friendliness: Quiet but not so quiet that my kids had to be church mice. They liked the couches and nooks

i actually had called before i came in and spoke to, i believe her name was Pricilla, to ensure i was able to deposit a check at a capital one cafe. she assured me i could and that the process was super easy. she also mentioned if it would be my first time, depositing a check, that an ambassador could help me. when i walked in, i was greeted at the door by a very nice gentleman who introduced me to the very kind Novan. Novan was incredibly helpful , very attentive , and extremely accommodating. i am thankful i was able to be assisted by him as he was completely knowledgeable during my visit. couldn’t have asked for better customer service. allstar employee! FIVE STARS!

I came in today to remove my refund. The large amount and the process were really easy. The ambassadors were really helpful in getting the whole thing done. I was treated with care and respect because my foot was broken. I had amazing coffee from the batistas. I mean, their coffee is made better than starbucks. The vanilla ice coffee is out of this world. They really help you to maximize your day. The atmosphere is really welcoming not too bright and the seating is really comfortable. I felt relaxed and not what are you doing in here. You can go to the booth to count large amounts of cash if you also need to do that as well. Thank you everyone at Capital One CaféDietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy, and they gave me so many milk options.Parking: You have to pay for parking or pay by holllywood High during the week. it's 9am to 1:30 on school days 2 hr parkingWheelchair accessibility: You will have no hard time getting in at all. There are doors on the side that lead to ATMS, and then you can come inside. Very spacious

I love the Capital One Café and anytime I see one. I'm very excited to go inside. I am a Capital One member, so I get some extra benefits. The cafés are always clean and very relaxing. There's always a nice private area that you can go to just take a moment if you need to sit down.the coffee is delicious and as a Capital One member you get half off. I highly recommend all Capital One cafés.

Novan was excellent! Very welcoming and helpful! He immediately asked if needed help and made the whole process so much easier than I had expected! The atmosphere in the cafe was lively and I will definitely be coming back for any of my banking needs!

I have been a Capital One customer for 2 1/2 years. I met Priscilla at the Hollywood, CA location and she was so great in helping me open my savings/checking accounts! I use the ATMs mostly and sometimes get coffee at the Cafe. The location is clean and always accessible. That's fine and perfect service. One thing. Several times I used ATM after cafe working hours. That's really good for me. But my visit was spontaneous and I didn't expect that I can use ATM. Anyways thanks what you made my evening lucky !

I stopped by twice in three days because I was actually impressed with the service and drinks.I ordered the iced spiced cardamom latte both visits and they were made perfect each time. Smooth flavor with a kick, light ice as requested, slightly sweet, and it just hit the spot.I encountered different staff each time but they were all friendly and helpful.
