The service was terrible. It took an hour for our appetizers to come to the table. The waiter was gabbing with other waiters and another table. When I complained, he said he would rush it. He clearly either hadn't put the order in or cited it. He apologized for the kitchen back up, but given that everyone else who was seated shen we were had long gone, I don't think it was a kitchen problem.

This place is losing its touch. Food came out cold. Lobster pasta was lackluster. Felt like the kitchen doesn't care. To be fair, they were very busy, but still - that cannot be reason to excuse mediocre quality.

The food is always well-prepared and flavorful. The server was extremely polite and attentive. The only downside was there was a large group (about 60) eating at the same time as we were and I believe it caused a delay in preparing our entrees

We had the very best experience. There was a question about a special menu and the manager came over and handled it so professionally and so well. Our service was phenomenal - the atmosphere was beautiful and comfortable. The food was exceptional!

"You're just gonna have to wait!" After waiting for our dinner for over an hour, that's what our waiter Brian C had to say. Then he stopped coming to the table altogether. We couldn't even get bread. I had to go find the manager for an explanation and an apology as to why our dinners were taking so long. Once we did get our dinners, it was mediocre - swordfish slightly overcooked. I brought an out-of-town guest and it was a big disappointment. Terra has gone downhill.

They should have heaters along the entire outside wall that is lined with tables. No restaurant should charge as much as they do and not care about the comfort of their guests. Food was cold in 2 minutes so it was not an enjoyable experience. Do not recommend.

I eat at Terra a lot. I love the food , the restaurant Atmosphere. I love hen Kevin is our waiter. I am always happy. But this time our waiter was a robot. And she ended up ruining our dinner. I asked for an Old Fashion and she said: we never had an old fashion. She made feel like I was crazy for saying I had had it before. Then we she came around check in us... and ask how was it all going... my daughter and I mentioned that the carrots weren't what we expected... she immediately said: yeah, they are not my favorite, grab them, took them away and said we would not be charge.... And LEFT. We had NOT ask her to do that... she took them and we were enjoying them and I did not care to pay for them either. It was SO WEIRD. She is not to the standards of Terra. I was forgetting.. she asked if he had been there before.. and when we said yes, she said the menu had only change in the meat .. some big meat dish. We do not eat meat. So weird.

The music got very loud, which made the dining experience unpleasant. It felt like it was turning into a club. Ordered the branzino and it wasn't deboned completely. And with the low lighting you couldn't see it before taking a bite. It just doesn't make sense to not debone fish completely without telling the diner that you might get some bone.

Don't eat the ravioli since they serve you next to nothing and the stuffing was watery. I've made much better ravioli at home in just a few minutes. My mom's steak was tasteless for $50. The value is quite poor.

The food was absolutely delicious and wonderful. The service was OK, not exceptional. The wine pours were skimpy. The main issue was the smoke that permeated the dining room. Terra Eataly needs to complete reinvent its ventilation system in the wood-burning kitchen. It has to be an OSHA violation for the kitchen crew and the smoke permeated the dining room as well.

Used to love this place - Used to be a great setting with solid food (not great) and decent prices. The food is still solid but the prices have skyrocketed. I used to come here at least once a week, but rarely go anymore because the pricing is on the outrageous side.
