Literally one of the best things I've ever eaten. My husband and I split a special that was loaded with sausage, grilled onions, garlic, cheese (of course), delicious sourdough bread, with an egg on top! So freakin flavorful and AMAZING! AND, they use local and clean ingredients, which I love, especially when I'm eating a cheat meal - it makes me physically & mentally feel better ;) I wish I lived in LA so I could eat this more often!

Walked into the Sunday Smorgusburg not having any idea what to expect. I was a little hesitant looking around for food options, as I'm well aware all food trucks/stands aren't created equal! I don't even trust one with a decent line, and these guys had that plus a few folks waiting for their order to come through. After I read the menu, I HAD to at least try it!! Settled on the special of the day, The Valentine's sandy with 2 fried eggs cooked into a heart shape on top, with grilled onions, sausage and griddles garlic, not o mention yummy CHEESE! On perfectly grilled sourdough to boot.. SO freaking good. Really - grilled cheese expert here, had "The Best" in multiple cities, and this wasn't even a contest. Delicious (if a little messy, but hey...), pretty quick in the grill and super awesome staff! You GOTTA check these folks out!!

It's so hard to find raclette down where I live so when I heard that smorgasburg had cheezus as one of its vendors I knew I had to stop by and get my fix. I ordered the raclette scraped over pieces of toasted bread and pickled veggies. The cheese was so yummy and the pickled veggies gave the dish some sharp tanginess that complimented the cheese well. I wish they had this where I live but will surely come back next time to try more of it. Only downfall is it is a little steep in price but definitely worth the once in awhile splurge.

Cheezus? More like cheezus christ where's my food?!?!? Took forever to come out and the sandwich was mediocre. They also ran out of sandwiches and needed to close early at Pasadena daydream. Very very disappointed.

Praise Cheezus!!!! There are not enough good things I can say about these guys. Chef Ian and his incredible food are truly crowd pleasers. He has a great passion which really shines through in his food. The quality is always bar none. My absolute FAVORITE is the raclette. Thus far Cheezus is the only place in LA that you can find legit raclette. The presentation and taste are ones you will not forget, and will have you coming back for more!!!! Ian sometimes does dinner parties via Feastly - I HIGHLY recommend those as well. Love you Chef!

mediocre food that takes forever. like really... sooooooo sloooooooow. it was like 20 minutes to get a sandwich. completely not worth it. they had an apple pay 40% off deal that left me wondering who would pay full price. after discount it was still almost $10. yikes. nope. not again.

I love grill cheese sandwiches. Probably my favorite thing to eat. This place was poppin. You get to watch them melt the cheese from the wheel and watch them scrape it onto your sandwich. Literally so beautiful to watch aha. What the GF and I ordered was the Incredible Hulk. Which had hook's aged sharp cheddar, silano aged provolone, organic belcampo smoked bacon, high quality california avocado, bearss lime aioli, red pepper chili oil, pasture-raised fried egg. It was definitely full of flavor. Great crunch and had a little kick to it. Only thing was it was a little too oily for me and also was really heavy. Really cant go wrong with it though , it was so good!

Hands down the best grilled cheese I've ever had. I drive an hour every Sunday just to crush their sandwiches! Try it if you dare but I warn you...you will be hooked for life!

Cheezus is my favorite place on Earth. I happily travel in from New York to get an Incredible Hulk. The chili oil and lime aioli add the perfect kick and layers of flavor. The bread is doused in butter and garlic and that perfect crunch has been impossible to find elsewhere. When you only have a food rarely, often when you finally get it again you're disappointed and realize that you'd exaggerated the experience in your head over time. Cheezus is the rare exception that manages to somehow exceed my expectations every single time

I was really excited to try Cheezus for the first time at Smorgasbord LA. When it was time for me to order, I chose the Incredible Hulk, which was to include a mesh of hook's aged sharp cheddar, Silano aged provolone, organic Belcampo smoked bacon, high quality California avocado, bearss lime aioli, red pepper chili oil, and a pasture-raised fried egg all on a bed of some type of delicious toasted bread. What's not to like about that? Well, I guess I got there too late because they were out of avocado, but I was told it could be replaced with tomato (okay, not the same), but unfortunately, they were out of that too. I was still okay with the mix sans avocado and the gentleman behind the counter ensured me it would be good. I was feeling optimistic! When I got my sandwich, it looked delicious. I thought, "Well, I'm truly in for a treat." When I finally found a place to plop down to try it, I was surprised at just how greasy the sandwich was on my first bite. I guess the combo of the thick-cut bacon (that was more chewy than crispy) and the cheese made for an oily fiasco. Lol! The flavor of the sandwich itself was good, but I think if there was a way to cut back on the oiliness (maybe a crispier version of bacon that's blotted before being added to the sandwich?), it would be top notch. Anyhow, I now know that this is something I could only try on occasion when I'm less concerned with maintaining my figure. It's a splurge item, so this is not for health nuts --- instead, it's more for those who throw caution to the wind.

I ordered the Ain't Your Auntie's Grilled Cheese! All I have to say is "dayyumm"! That bread is to die for! I cannot wait to try the others! We made the wrong turn at Schmorgasburg LA, go right, go right! And, got to them after we had eaten from everyone else, but I could not leave not tasting this deliciousness, it's why we came from OC! Yum! I came here for the cheese, not the customer service. Dudes upfront were not very friendly, appeared to have cared less. Maybe it was a hot, off day. Oh, well...great sammich!

I came here to try the incredible hulk purely because of the name of the item. It's name is very fitting because it really packs a punch with all of the amazing flavor that they put into the incredible hulk! I felt like i was about to get knocked back by how delicious it was.

Please come back to Eagle Rock. I still look for the truck every time I drive by sprouts. No luck, so far. One day.
