I love this place. I've been coming here for years and the food is so delicious. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner on my last visit and when I tell you he's a gem of a human being.... super kind and generous. During our visit to LA we did extensive research to go to an authentic Persian Restaurant and we found Chell Sotoon. Having tried Persian spots in several major cities in US and Canada, Chell Sotoon is among my top Persian dining experiences. The restaurant is clean and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to their friendly host, Jay. Everything was fine until the end that the rude waiter that was not even serving our table came and said the gratuity that we paid stays with the owner and demanded for more and after we paid more she said pay for all of us.
