I’m a FCS connoisseur having ticked them at > 100 places and this FCS was average-ish. A bit overseasoned and the pickle should be more acidic rather than sweet. I got the hottest spice level and the spice was fairly legit. My kids enjoyed it and the service was good. Nice outdoor area to eat.

Hands down the best chicken burger place in LA. I tried it yesterday and I'm going back again today for another one.

Food is good. Service is bad. No one at cashier ordering area to greet. Asked for drink ahead of food bc frier went down. Cashier provided the drink with an attitude. Then asked for another item ahead of food bc it was taking so long. They said yes but never brought it.

The Nashville Hot ?and ?️ spicy was on point - FIRE! ? Even the classic was Amazing!Juicy, and tasty- my wife and I both really enjoyed the sandwiches - we didn’t order fries becuase the sandwiches were so big - plus for the price and location, was worth it.The guy behind the counter (Bernardo) was great as well and helpful with explaining the hotness and etc…he gave me a warning that the sandwich couldn’t be refunded as people who got the Hot and Spicy tired to ask for a refund because it was too hot - I answered “how hot—-ghost pepper or Carolina Reaper hot?”He looked at me and said ? ghost pepper and it was DONE!It wasn’t spicy but good for me as my level is CR ?️Highly recommend!

I got the Asian style chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw.. so here I am with salmonella poisoning. I was able to get a refund but that really soured my experience. My sister got the Nashville chicken sandwich and that one was fine but not good the chicken was not crispy and the fries were soggy.Parking: Expensive like 30 bucks

Presentation looked great so I was excited to try but boy was this sandwich a big letdown. Chicken was very cold and rubbery. Felt like I was eating a fish sandwich with no flavor. That’s not a good thing at all. The breading on chicken was soggy and the coleslaw was very bland. The pickles were too sweet. Every component was just bad. How do you mess up a chicken sandwich???? Customer service was ok but I think I should of went to the KFC across on the second floor.

Don't know what everyone else is complaining about - great hot chicken at a super fair price! I just grabbed a hot chicken sandwich at 2 AM after HHN and it came out quick (~10 min) and was clearly freshly made/straight from the fryer. It was the end of what must have been a super long shift but the wait staff (Andrew) was attentive, pleasant, and very professional even at the super late hour. Brioche bun was solid with a HUGE piece of chicken overlapping it - the box couldn't even close around it. Cole slaw was mid, I guess it did the job, but the pickles had a nice sweetness to them. I got "hotter" (medium) spice and it had a real burn to it - this isn't theme park hot chicken. And at $11.99 plus tax it was about 1/3 cheaper than ANY comparable offering in-park. Long story short - super solid meal for the price point, filling with a good spice level. I'll definitely return when I come back to the park, and overall this location is a really good addition to citywalk.

Although I couldn’t really enjoy the medium hot chicken skewers since they are like a whole world hotter then medium spice that I’ve had… hahah the tenderness and crispy ness was NEXT LEVEL! Also the fries were like the best! If I’m ever in USA again I’d like to find this place again for sure.

Nasty. Chicken had no flavor and fries left a disgusting taste in my mouth I had to spit it out. Do not recommend.

This rating specifically goes out to Andrew M who was so incredibly kind to my cousin and I last night. We're pass-holders and had had the worst visit we'd ever had at USH, so many unfortunate encounters with incompetent hospitality and inconsiderate guests throughout the day. We were demoralized by the time we made our way to the counter at Chick Chick Chicken. Andrew treated us with exceptional care, understanding our frustration and helping ease our minds after we shared a concern we had about our passes in relation to dining places. We'd even made a mistake when ordering. When we went back, he kindly accommodated us, putting our addition onto the same buzzer to make things easier. We'd also made the mistake of not ordering our food to-go (we were that demoralized), but Andrew was so gracious about it and quickly packed our food. If there's ways to compensate him for his calming effect on us, helpful knowledge of the pass-holder benefits, and patience with us please give him all of it and more. He quite literally salvaged our visit and we'll only come back to get food here if he's working.

Food was as terrible as the service. Needs to be re-trained. Half the people felt sick after the food. Would not recommend unless you were my enemy

Food was great but absolutely horrible service. Took 35 min for 1 chicken sandwich and the host was rude.

The food was decent. The classic chicken is not their best. The fries had a lot of salt.
