The food was really good. I like the sandwich and nuggets. The chicken was so delicious, juicy, and really crispy. They have nice selection food. The service was ok.The place was cool and has pleasant ambiance.
I really enjoyed the Chick-Fil-A original chicken burger. The patty was thick but still very flavourful. Service was quick and they served lunch even at 10 am. I can see potential for long line ups during lunch hours though. Prices are reasonable at around $5-$6 for the burger. There is also a table just for delivery drivers to wait for their orders.
Everything was good at a fair price. Staffs are friendly and the serving pace was fast.

I catered it here for 16 people for pick up. They called to ask for the ETA and also write a handwritten thank you card, which I was very touched! The food was amazing, I ordered a sub sandwich. I wish there were more chicken in the sandwich but it was tasty. They also gave us a lot of sauce and I love their sauce!! I would cater it from here again.

NEVER ORDER DELIVERY HERE. BE WARNED. I regularly order DoorDash here living in DTLA, and I am fed up. In addition to taking 45-60 minutes to prepare the order, they never include sauce despite ordering 8 Chick-fil-A Sauce and hot sauce with meals. They have also never gotten an order correct, always forgetting items. I will never go to or order from this location again as the employees don’t do their basic jobs and my recent orders have only been half fulfilled. They take your money but don’t give yourself full order. Don't waste your money and more importantly time ordering here. After waiting for an hour they will give you half the your order unless you get lucky.

God, what a pathetic excuse for chick-fil-A. Every other chick-fil-A I’ve been to is so efficient and the staff is friendly except for this one. I’ve been here several times as this location is the closest to where I live. I’ve never had a good experience but also contributed to them just being busy. Fries are never full, staff isn’t friendly, and they always take forever. However, I went today, and they weren’t busy but still horrible. They are very strict about mobile orders vs Uber eats orders which is completely understandable. I was waiting in the mobile order line for 15 min. No one even bothers to check in with me. No one is even in the mobile order section. I finally ask someone about my order. He looks so annoyed and turns out it’s been in the Uber eats section this whole time. No acknowledgment or apology. Food is now cold and of course fries and drink isn’t full. Save yourself some time and frustration and go to another location.
