GOD my burrito bowl, my husband’s burrito AND nachos were so salty, i’ve had chipotle at many locations and always loved it but here i need to drink gallons of water now because my mouth is covered in salt! Please reduce the sodium in your food, it’s not good for anyone’s health?

WHERE IS MY CHICKEN.The 4 customers before me had mounds of chicken for their scoops. My scoop barely even filled the spoon! I got less chicken than if I were to order Uber Eats. I would've asked for extra chicken but I didn't want to risk paying "extra". Not to mention, my bowl order wasn't even full! Retrain your employees or fire them before they ruin your store's reputation. Also I'm not trying to say anything, but is it a coincidence that every Hispanic customer before me got plenty of meat from a Hispanic employee? While I got less than a dollar worth of chicken? Also, the tables were fairly messy and dirty.

I ordered over $500 in food for a business lunch. I received the confirmation that my food was going to be made and delivered at the time I needed. 45 minutes after my food should have arrived, I received a phone call from my business associate letting me know the food wasn't there. Nobody from Chipolte (Bunker Hill LA) thought it was appropriate to take 5 minutes to call me and let me know that my food was sitting at the restaurant going cold! The phone number to the local store doesn't work and there is no way to contact the store manager. What an absolute joke. I will never again trust that Chipolte has my best interest in mind when picking a catering service. This is unacceptable.

I have been waiting for a while for this chiptole location to open up, and I'm pretty disappointed... I went here 2x and both times the good quality isn't good. The food is way too salty, and the chips are always stale! The customer is nice and it clean. I would ask to check the food quality.

I went yesterday around 4:30pm and the entire food service area was absolutely filthy. unclean, sloppy and each area of good contaminated with other food, obviously I did not order anything however I spoke to two TWO women at the register (there was one server ) 4 people in line and I noticed two further employees in the back. I asked the one woman at the register if she could /would please clean up the food area. thatit was in very poor condition. she refused. I asked again. she did not lift a finger nor rectify the situation. I walked out. this is my local chipotle I go every other month and I couldn't believe her/their response, non action. M Cafe to the west closed down, I guess they are as well.

Tried once and never again. The food was overall too salty or had no flavor. Even the chips were too salty. Not sure why anyone goes here.

I like chipotle but I gotta say the quality of their meat is terrible. It's usually parts of chicken and steak that cant be eaten that are part of my bowl. I wish their employees were old enough or experienced enough to know that fat isn't edible and should be tossed. Also it would be nice if their BROWN RICE wasn't UNDERCOOKED 90 percent of the time. White rice cooks faster. Last time tue steak was so bad I couldn't even feed my dog. Pics show how awful it was

Place is dirty to start with, the guy making my food didn't know what I was asking for, I had to correct my own order 2 times. I wanted him to go somewhere so I can jump over and prepare my own food. I asked for guac and he gave me a teaspoon full on each taco I had. They want to give you the minimum amount on food, but want the mas amount of $$$ from you.Counters are dirty and I never saw anyone come and clean them in the hour I was there. Total disappointment!
Best service, they give me all the time, so much sour cream. I love this crew. My food from this place always look perfect

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to by far. 3 times in a row when I've gone there for long and ordered in advance they were extremely late (like >30 minutes in one case. It's NEVER ready when they say it will be. This most recent time it was only a few minutes delayed (despite being empty) but they also got my order wrong. That's 4 consecutive bad experiences at this place. They really need to get their act there if they want to stay in business. Judging by how empty it was today (Wednesday) at 1130am people are probably already looking for other options. I might be next on that list.
