What a fabulous place! Cats, cats, cats!

I went there today with my boyfriend. I bought us tickets for his birthday. We had the absolute best time snuggling with all the very sweet and social cats and kittens that are all up for adoption. If you are a cat person who wants to support a local business who does a great job in helping out our feline friends, this is place to visit. The lounge is bright and cozy with lots of places to lay around and snuggle. There are lots of toys to pick up to play with the cats as well. The coffee is a bit over priced but it is delicious and I know the money goes to a very good cause. Plus everyone who works there is very nice. Worth every penny. Go and have the best time. I promise that you will not want to leave once you have a cuddly soft cat in your lap.

should’ve read more reviews before coming. came for my girlfriends birthday, no problems with the staff, but the experience was depressing and one of the cats tried to bite us, while the other cats seemed almost sick. one of the cats was in the corner of the bathroom staring at the ground the whole time. this cat was also congested and sick. on top of all of this, there was no snacks or beverages available as stated on their website. there was only about 9 cats there out of the “20” they say they have on their website, and half of these 9 looking sick or aggressive. would not recommend for any cat lovers, seems like more of a cash grab for anyone walking around who see the cats through the glass window.

Cool concept for the kitties but... there isn't actually food on-site, they have to send for it from a cafe close by. They charge a silly amount to give these cats exposure... you're giving the cats less exposure by limiting who is going to come pay to come see them. I guess I'm used to going to a shelter, for free...

If you’re in the area you have to come here!! And if you’re looking to adopt then you definitely should come here!! I’ve never gotten to experience a cat cafe before and it was the most magical experience :) my whole family & I adore and cherish all the kitty beans so when I found this cat cafe I was like we are going!!! It was a phenomenal experience—so many wonderful kitties who deserve all the love, attention, playtime, and stimulation—I had the pleasure of meeting Dusk & Dawn, black cats rule! The fun sisters Tia & Tamera, the sweetest miss Chiffon, and many other sweethearts full of love, fun, and affection :) the atmosphere and vibes were on point, so cozy and comfortable and the cutest decor and coloring! Plenty of toys to play with the kitties with and make sure to get treats (we didn’t know you could or else we would’ve extra spoiled the babies) and share with all the kitty friends. They also had the cutest merch—we got a black cats rule sweater, a kitty t-shirt, and a cats are meowgical sweater, as well as stickers and a bag, it was all so CUTIE!!! I truly appreciate Crumbs & Whiskers Cat Cafe & all they do to help, support, and provide a safe and loving environment for strays who deserve the most wonderful homes! My sister & I recently adopted a kitty or else we would’ve taken one home; Dusk left his mark on m :) So go and hangout and spoil all the sweet kitty beans and tell your friends especially those looking to adopt! And do the 70 minutes you’ll wana spend all the time playing and petting and loving on the kitties there :))

had an absolutely amazing experience at this cat cafe today! cats were playful, sweet, and cuddly and the staff was so kind to me! they knew a lot about the cats in the space and you could tell they really cared a lot about them. i got to hang out with honey and clover who have been looking for a home since august. i was also pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized everything was-it didn’t smell like there were 27 cats in here at all! if you’re looking to adopt, you should come here!

I had gone to this cat cafe today to hang out with the cats and the experience was just sad. The staff was so rude to me when I came in to adopt a cat. When I had mentioned a cat was acting very off, they told me she was just tired from playing all day. When my cats play all day they do not act so lethargic. 1 cat was playing, and the others were sleeping to the point of not waking up or even purring when you pet them. I have met cats, at multiple different shelters who at the very least react to being pet and purr. It was so strange and they all seem so depressed. I also want to mention the unsanitary conditions of the establishment. It smells like no one has ever cleaned their litter boxes. Litter smells, but shouldn’t smell to that extent EVER. The owner and management need to take a better look at who they’re hiring because I don’t feel these cats are being treated well, loved, and cared for until adoption. I am home a lot of the time and have 2 friendly cats already, who want another companion and the way the staff treated me put me off of adopting at this place and ever going back. Adopt at a shelter, and place these cats in much better more sanitary loving homes.

Never going back! They charge 28 dollars for 30 minutes you don’t even get to play with cats so many people and it doesn’t feel like it was worth it at all! Save your time and money and go to a nice breder to adopt a cat

Horrible customer service and it smells so bad! It is only few cats that are just sleeping and don’t even have the mood to play I don’t know what they are feeding them! Also no sanitation is happening and I felt like I could get sick any moment

Adorable cats, comfy seats. Good cookies. Very clean. Great way to get kitten cuddles if you can't have one at home or possibly find a new best friend since they are all up for adoption.

A cat lovers paradise! My girlfriend loves cats so I decided to make a reservation at this place after doing some research. Upon completion, a waiver is required to be completed before your visit (online). We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, got checked in, and placed our coffee orders (which have to be done before the reservation!).The experience:Once it was our group's turn to enter the establishment, we were instructed to clean our hands with the hand sanitizer. We all sat down and were given the rundown of the place and what not to do. Then, we all took off our shoes and if we wanted, could wear the given booties. All of the cats are friendly and adoptable! The interior is cute and very picturesque. Merchandise neatly propped up on the walls, cushions on the floor to relax on, tables with a center part for cats to relax in, and cat trees. Treats can be purchased at the counter (small or large bag). You'll see them hiss and slap each other when surrounding you for treats (lol). During our experience they had just brought in a batch of kittens which made the experience more awesome. A polaroid photo is included for free! The staff was very friendly, and did not hesitate to help or answer anyone's questions.Metered parking is available on Melrose Ave., but you may get lucky like me and get one that someone had already paid for :). I believe there is parking in the neighborhood surrounding as well.Coffee wasn't bad. I had ordered a cold brew and my girlfriend got an iced vanilla latte. We received our order maybe 10 minutes into our experience.

Lots of kitty cats. They were tuckered out by the afternoon but still a lot of fun.
