Mark catered my wedding and I have to admit that I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the overall service. For $40 a person we could have found better quality and better service. Hardly any of our guests ate the chicken, as it was dry and bland. The serving staff served us, the bride and groom last (we had a brief window of opportunity to eat and they totally forgot all about us). In fact one of our guests visited the kitchen to request service and found his staff eating during our event. Finally, they forgot a couple of important details, like the butter for the bread, the slicing of our main cake (they just served tiny slices of our sheet cake) and they totally left out the coffee service they had promised. On the up side, Mark is a great presenter and he prepares a heck of a sampling for new customers.
