I went for lunch with a friend during the week. It was near the holidays, so pretty empty. There was one guy working the tables and the service was fine (he was friendly but took his time to come over).They definitely give you large portions, which I was happy about. I had the jambalaya and my friend ordered the salmon croquettes. Both were seasoned well and the accompanying corn bread was delicious. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the chicken in my jambalaya had a slightly rubbery, processed taste/texture. Maybe I had a bad batch but to have such an important ingredient not work left me slightly disappointed.But I still enjoyed myself enough that I would go back again. I'd just have a different dish.
