We made reservations and everything went smoothly. Expect to valet because parking could be a challenge if you’re not familiar with this area. Valet was 15 dollars but convenient for us. We were greatest by a very friendly hostess and server. I wish I remembered their names because they were very hospitable.I had a Vietnamese Beer, she had a cocktail. We ordered the Tiger Prawns and Shrimp Spring Rolls for Appetizers. And for the main course we did Kevin’s Pho. We finished with the Vietnamese Coffee Crème Brûlée.The Tiger Prawns were crispy and savory with a wonderful caramelized sweetness. The spring rolls were rolled tightly and aromatic, with a great flavor. Kevin’s Pho was delicious, with a wonderful broth, hearty chunks of smoky beef brisket, and served with bone marrow.

Food was good but not more than that, good vibe and decent drinks

Walking in felt like home, the decor was like a mother's home, the cute bar in middle. Very small establishment but the food and drinks made up for that. The fried chicken with fish sauce was delicious. The crab rice was also deliciously good. I can't remember the name of the drink I had but it was so tasty and strong. I will recommend coming here for good drinks and good food.

Stopped by with a group of friends to try out this spot for a weekend dinner! First off, the decor and ambience is nice 8.5/10. Valet parking is $15 and honestly would recommend unless you want to walk a block or two for metered parking. Servers were nice but service could improve with being quicker. We had ordered several apps and entrees that came out one by one after the previous one had been finished which didn't really help with the whole family style eating. Food... was disappointing. Portions are small for the price! Shrimp toast- excuse me, how this two piece appetizer was equivalent to the cost of 3 Starbucks drinks is beyond me. Leans on the salty side. Shaken beef salad- extra salty, felt like the salad was drenched in sauce, should have come with rice to even it out. Beef was not bad Crab fried rice- the best of the bunch only because you can't really mess up fried rice and it was not as salty. Cheapest of what I ordered too at $19 Kevin's Pho- pricey at $65 but is meant to serve two. Che Thai- $14 for this!

The restaurant is gorgeous! Service is friendly and expeditious. The food is delicious, the portions are robust. It's on the pricey side, but then again, it's a nice spot and it's LA. I would come back to try other items. Don't forget to make a res, this place gets packed!

I love this DiDi. Ambience is on point and food is always amazing. Sometimes it's hard to find a place with both a beautiful ambience and genuinely good food, but this place has both!

Tried this place for the first time today! The inside of the restaurant and overall vibe was super nice and trendy! Valet parking is available for $15. Our server was nice and pretty attentive but made two comments that rubbed my friends and I the wrong way. While we were ordering, the server recommended for a group of 4 to order 6-10 dishes (which I find insane????especially for a restaurant that is considered "family style"). We ordered 5 dishes initially and said that if we were still hungry, we would order more. Our server then said "5 dishes is NOT ENOUGH and that the kitchen REALLY needs all of our orders right at the beginning" (it's the way he said it and emphasized those words.... Very off-putting and left a bad taste) so we then added to our order a 6th dish. Ordered the shrimp toast, crispy egg rolls, shaking beef salad, crab fried rice, crispy hainan chicken, and the pork belly. Also ordered 4 cocktails and 1 beer. Our bill total was ~$280 before taxes, fees, and tip which to me is crazy high considering that the quantity of the food was lacking. The Crispy egg rolls, shrimp toast, and pork belly (this is an entree!) were ROBBERY in my opinion. Very small, not realistically shareable...... Also while the 4% entertainment fee (which goes towards the full time servers) is optional, this fee tells me that the restaurant is not paying their employees well and would rather place that responsibility on the customer Fav dish was the beef salad but it was very salty. I think if it came with a side of rice, it would be amazing. Cocktails were good also. Overall not coming back unfortunately

Jesus. Where do I begin? Every single dish was goddamn salty. We ordered the chicken wings and it was salty. Yes, it's fish sauce wings, but it's mostly fish sauce and no garlic, no sugar, no spice, no vinegar to offset the saltiness of the wings that were also marinated in fish sauce. Charcoal ribeye..also very salty and overcooked coming out on a sizzling charcoal grill. Hot sesame noodles with beef, also salty but the creaminess did help a bit. Crab fried rice was decent, reminded me of the fried rice you get at a Vietnamese wedding. Tuna tartare...I'm questioning why this dish is extremely salty. Tiger prawns was ok, very one flavored tone, reminds me of Panda Express. Garlic string beans definitely need more garlic. It's very obvious that fish sauce is the core seasoning for all of the dishes. The drinks are ok, interesting flavors. We skipped out on desserts since the food was lacking. Also, $14 for Che Thai?? At this point, the cost for one serving of Che tai can cover the cost of making 10 servings. Portions definitely need work. If I'm paying $25+ for a dish, it really needs to feed at least ONE person decently. Sure, the restaurant is in west Hollywood and prices reflect the location, but damn, was hoping for some decent flavor. Service is good. The ambiance is also very dim. Bring a flashlight to see the menu. I think the lights got even dimmer once our food came out. Music is 10/10.

Okay first I was skeptical about coming here but I'm glad I did! The food was definitely delicious! My favorite thing on the menu was the whole red snapper and I will be going back for more!!!!
