I've frequented a couple of other boba shops nearby, but Ding Tea has got to be one of my favorite places when I'm craving my usual Jasmine Milk Tea. Parking here can be challenging depending on the time of day you're going. There is a mix of metered parking as well as free street parking. Metered parking takes coin/card. The tea was very flavorful. They have a lot of options to add different "toppings". This was the perfect sweet treat with the caffeine fix I needed. It is a small tea cafe with some tables but very clean and fast.

GO HERE!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!!! Boba time has more flavors but Ding Tea has BETTER FLAVORS!!!! It's super quick service and they also have fries and popcorn chicken. I have never tried them, but I know people who have. CHOOSE RIGHT! CHOOSE DING TEA!!!
