I had lunch at DC after a recommendation from a friend who raved about how great this place was , well unfortunately I was disappointed , not only was the chip basket half full, the salsa was barely a tablespoon. The cream for my fiancé coffee was curdled and had a sour smell. Now to the food we ordered Menudo, and Pozole which both had no flavor at all, taste like water, I had a Carne Asada burrito, he had a taco, and enchilada plate all was bland, presentation wasn't pleasing to the eye at all, needless to say I will not be dining here ever again. I suggest a new chef, or something I'm surprised ppl actually like this restaurant, it was a waste of my time and hard earned money. Customer Service was great

Tried Don Chuy's tonight (ordered take-out) I live just a few blocks from the restaurant and have always wanted to try it. The food quality is excellent and very tasty. I ordered a few items with chicken which were very good. All white meat and very flavorful. Next time I'm going to eat in the restaurant so I can try the cocktails.

If you hungry as hell and can't find no good food near you please DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE. My meat came w tin foil! They forgot my tortillas they forgot the meat for one of my plates, ordered 5 plates total! Potatoes is nasty, rice had no flavor, chilaquiles was probably the only good thing there !

The food ok! But what makes it worse is the service, the employees were so rude. The attitude of the staff made the dining experience horrible. The seating and table were sticky and the attitude of the staff made the place even uglier! The food is ok! But don't waste your time, unless you wanted to be treated rudly and disrespected. They seem to get a lot of DoorDash orders, so they forgot how to deal with actual patrons. Will not be going back- don't recommend it and stop Door Dashing from these horrible people.

I ate here twice. I tried the Taco tuesday once. Tacos are very cheap but with barely a table spoon of meat on each. It was mostly onion and cilantro. It would be better if they charge $2 per taco and add extra meat. I also tried 1 Potato fried taco $1.99. It was good!Second time I tried their enchiladas… Too pricey for their size items… enchiladas are very small with a little bit of chicken. They charged me extra for 1 TEASPOON!! of sourcream and called it enchilada Suiza. My friend got a carnita quesadilla which had barely any meat. We left disappointed. I think they should use bigger toritllla and more filling. Overall, we spent $50 with tip for two items, very small guacamole and two soft drinks . Btw we are thinn petite people lol Other restaurants give bigger portions. I know we are living in a rough situation and everything is expensive but come on! Rice, beans and tortillas are still cheap lol

Absolutely loved this place - the posole was fantastic, not to mention the homemade tortillas and tortilla chips. The restaurant itself was great too. Will be coming back
To start off this place has terrible food, the food had no taste and the prices for the plates are probably why the food is bad. The service was horrible, we were waiting about 15 mins for someone to come see what we wanted to drink, and the place was empty. The server at the end of the meal yelled at us like he was our dad literally because my partner ended up drinking my friends drink and my partner didn't get ID. He was yelling because he didn't check her ID and that he was going to kick us out. I have been a server for a very long time and I would never treat any of my guests the way he did us. The rest of the meal he kept passing by and giving us dirty looks. We pulled out our ID just to show him we are of age, I even spoke to the manager but the manager was very dismissive about the situation. The restaurant it self is very cute and little, but I would not recommend this place at all. PS. The servers name was JOSE .

Food was served after 1 hour. Torta was cold the plate was hot like they microwaved. Older lady was hiding behind the counter just starting at us. Like we were not going to pay bad. I oder a menudo my suprise jajaj i got a cup a noddle size plate didnt offer size portions. First and last time ill go . Sorry sabi your Birthday plate was nasty and the water had a worm floating. I gave my Sunday breakfast a 0.

The food here is mindblowingly delicious. So fresh and flavorful. The carnitas tacos are beyond... though I prefer them better when it'a not taco tuesday. The atmosphee is nice and staff ia always great and friendly.
