The al pastor nachos are the best nachos Iv ever had. The chips were perfect, al pastor had flavor and I really enjoyed them. The shrimp tacos on the other hand I’d never get again. The tortillas fell apart and the shrimp wasn’t that good. But I’ll definitely be back for the nachos.

Firstly, I rarely eat out, but when I do, it is mostly for a friend or my lack of preparation. Nevertheless, before eating out, I pray, try to make healthier choices, and hope for the best. That said, last night I took a breezy drive through the evening drizzle to "Eagles Tacos". I did my online research earlier and decided on some meat-free, dairy-free nachos . They were bombastic !!! The versatility of the thicker, thus hardier, and tasty chips set the dish off. The robust chips were layered with a perfect portion of smooth--not drippy or runny--nicely seasoned refried beans, and topped with a thin layer of zesty, finely chopped pico de gallo. The two medium hot green sauces provided in my takeout bag turned an already delish meal into a homemade meal after my own heart. This morning, when opening my refrigerator and flipping the lid on my night before's nachos, the chips were still intact having only softened to the texture of fresh homemade chilaquiles. YUMMY, two meals, two dishes in one. Vegetable oil, fresh and flavorful ingredients, and service with smiles all around, a plant-baser's treat indeed!Thanks "Eagles Tacos" famIsaiah 40:31 KJV

Had almost every taco they make the other day. All fantastic- meat was all very flavorful and tender. Salsas were also good with the green being milder and the red hot. Our new favorite taco's in the area!

Got a carnitas burrito right before they closed. The burrito was a bit smaller than what I’m used to but was totally made up for by the quality. Some of the most flavorful carnitas I’ve gotten from a taco truck. Also loved the restaurant style rice in the burrito with the peas n such. Salsa Verde was delicious and spicy. Will come back for sure!

Best burritos in Eagle Rock!! The Carnitas, Carne Asada, and Breakfast Burritos are all great and reasonably priced. Their chips are crazy good. The guy who works the register during the mid-day shift is always super nice. I call ahead and my order is always ready and hot when I get there.
My new favorite taco truck! Just happened to be passing by and stopped to try. My husband and I shared the mulita, burrito and nachos. All were delicious with both red and green salsa. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped on a whim because I was dying for carne asada tacos and this truck hit the mark! Steak was tender and flavorful, and since I cannot resist lengua when it's on offer, I had one of those too: let me just say, phenomenal. Both red and green salsas are delicious in their own way. Portion/prices on point! And the staff is funny and cute as well! What more could you ask for?
