Off the charts, went to Los Angeles drove by El Palmar Restaurant, had the best experience of my life... what else can you ask on a busy day but Excellent customer service and amazing food... I haven't dined in so this is not a dine in experience. It is solely food quality and customer service which both are 5 stars. I've had the chicken soup, seafood soup and pupusas, all have been great. The chicken soup is exactly made how my family makes it so it gives a homey vibe. The truth is that I always think about going to this restaurant, the food is good, but I can never enjoy my meal because of the noise, the ambience is terrible, to start with that TV is at a volume that seems like a cinema, the people around with their phones on loud volume.... I don't fly..... I kindly asked a dad to lower the volume on his son's phone, he ended up insulting me.....
