I made an order for delivery and I called this establishment in advance to ask if they could put plates and utensils with our order as the location we put for delivery did not have plates nor utensils to eat.I said my name and what our order was and I asked for 8 plates and utensils in which the employee on the phone said yes we will put them with your order.They in fact did not put in any plates nor utensils but they also did not include napkins as well.This is the first time ever putting a bad review and I'm disappointed with the fact that I called the right after I made the delivery to ensure that they had enough time to add plates and utensils.I even made a note with the app I was using for the delivery to add plates and utensils.

I found 2 long strands of hair in my chicken and I tried to contact the restaurant but they did not answer.
I asked the guy at the drive-through for three green sauces and then when I get to the window, he tells me he gave me three green sauces when I get home I only have one green smhno I can’t eat it.

I’m usually all about singing praises for El Pollo Loco, especially their chicken. I mean, who doesn’t love a good chicken burrito? So, you can imagine my surprise during my last visit. I ordered their chicken burrito and tortilla soup, ready for a feast. But alas, the chicken in the burrito must have been playing hide and seek, because I found a grand total of four pieces. And the soup? Let’s just say it was practicing some serious minimalism - no chicken in sight. I even took a video, thinking maybe I’d missed it, but nope, it was a chicken-less wonder. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for a good veggie meal, but when you’re expecting chicken, it’s a bit of a plot twist. Here’s hoping it was just an off day, because I really do love their food. Just maybe a bit more chicken next time, please? (Or a lot, to make up for this I was so sad).
