Every time I go there they are always lacking something this time the baya shrimp was cold & chicken was warm on your mixshrimp/chicken tostada..Why not hire the right people that care about your local customers. All they got to do is serve your food the same as the EL Monte el pollo loco on garvey. The shrimp was just made hot & chicken hot it was very delicious.

really disappointing seeing 6 cars on drive thru get their orders before mine. I arrive at 6:45 p.m. given my order was suppose to be ready at 6:44p.m. 20 minutes passed before my order was ready. I understand they need to get cars out of drive thru, but I ordered ahead for the same reason. There is no explanation as to why after arriving on time to pick up my mobile order, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the store. honestly ridiculous, need better management. mobile orders wait longer than drive thru, even when ordered ahead of time.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Pollo Loco. I used to love their tortilla soup, this time it has been the worst experience I’ve had. The soup was watered down and it looks like the just dumped their chopped tomatoe salsa in the pot. They tried to add some chunks of chicken. By far the worst. They didn’t have green salsa either.

I usually get a couple of BRC burritos here for my lunch break. The drive through line is always super fast and the service is super friendly!
I usually will get the double chicken avocado salad to go. Some times I will also get a couple of legs with it. lately I have been getting the carnitas wet burrito and that is very tasty. The only thing is they do not have any unsweetened tea here. the workers are very pleasant and they keep the place clean. also the food is made to order so I am not getting something that has been warming up for a few hours. they also have several new items, but at the same time they did away with some other very tasty items that maybe wasn't selling? this place dose not have a drive up window. there is lots of parking there when I go there around 2:00 to 3:00pm, but not sure how it is during the busy lunch time. there are many other places to eat around that shopping complex. I highly recommend this place.

I enjoy the chicken at El Pollo Loco for many years because they cook the chicken fresh daily you can smell cook chicken when you enter in the restaurant. El Pollo Loco comes up new items on their menu they were very good but limited time.

This is the worst location you can visit the workers are lazy and ignore you they just waste your time. The food is dry and they always get the order wrong everyone should get fired I had to leave that place and drive 3 miles to another location just go to monterey park or montebello. They need a new manager staff and a complete remodel
This place is getting worse, the pieces of chicken are getting smaller the tables are not clean, you actually have to clean them before you sit down.
