I feel so lucky to have this special spot a 5 minute drive from my house. The owner is so kind and friendly and the empanadas are delicious!!! I prefer to sit there and eat my empanadas fresh on the plate if I have the time. My favorite is the spicy chicken. Thank you Empanada’s Place!

I was craving empanadas and stumbled upon this place. It was a Saturday and I found parking easily in the adjacent lot but there was plenty of street spots open as well. The staff were so friendly. It’s cash only but there’s a gas station with an ATM across the street. The food came out within ten minutes and it was so fresh. I absolutely loved the flavors of each empanada I ordered plus there were plenty of vegetarian options for my friends. This is a family owned and run little hidden gem in Mar Vista, I can’t believe I haven’t been there before! I had the Arabe empanada and the Spicy Cheese empanada with Chimichurri sauce on the side. They were both delicious! The owner was very kind and sweet, he gave me a complimentary Alfajor that was insanely good. I’m definitely going back to try more of their food and drinks.PS: Make sure to bring cash because they don’t accept any other payment method!

Holy cow y’all these are the best empanadas to ever exist. If you’re in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and pop in to grab a meal. Cutest little mom & pop place. Reminder that they only take cash!I will say the only downside is that they close at 7 pm. There have been many nights where i would’ve loved to stop in, but they were already closed. But maybe it’s not so bad though, or else i’d be spending way more money here than i should be ?Thank you guys for delivering amazing quality Argentinian food!!!

Random little shop but I appreciate the understated and timeless interior. The empanadas were a bit pricey but extremely delicious and fresh. Cash only. Only street parking available from what I could tell... we parked at the gas station across the street.
