Nice Mexican restaurant in the Los Feliz neighborhood in LA. The restaurant had great ambiance and attentive service. We had an assortment of vegan and vegetarian sides, including flautas (made vegan), beans, rice, and fingerling potatoes. The dessert options included vegan sorbets and vegetarian churros.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options with a clearly labeled menu. Many of the Vegetarian items can be made vegan.

Absolutely the best Bar and Restaurant within a 10 mile Radius, Britney the Manager is so aware of the comfort of every guest that comes walking in and staff is hand picked to perfection.Mai Tai is sublime there! The Chef will not let anything out of the kitchen unless he gives his Grace over the food.Religious experience in my Book for food drinks and atmosphere.

The shishito peppers were amazing. They accomodated my friends and I which I'm thankful for. Great service until the bill came and we had to ask for a refund for the additional 20% tip that was added. They shouldn't pass you the pos system to be signed with the 20% tip pre slected and say a 20% has been added. We paid double the tip. It just put my friend in an uncomfortable position to go ask for it back and having to call back a couple times because it was still not resolved.

Came in here for a birthday. Nice ambiance. Staff was very quick and very friendly. As it was a birthday party they set aside a full section for us and treated us very nicely. Quick service as well and a nice bar area.

We dined at Encanto on February 9, 2024. Everything was okay until I paid for our meals. The server handed me the card reader to sign and said “A 20% tip was added”. I assumed they meant the 20% gratuity fee already on the bill so I signed. I got a notification from my credit card app that showed the amount charged and noticed that an $84 tip had been added to the 20% already on the bill. I asked the server to refund me the extra $84 tip and explained that I was not aware of it when I signed. On February 14, I saw that my payment had gone through but there was no refund so I called the restaurant to ask if a manager could help issue the refund. The manager said they could, however, a couple of days later I still didn’t see anything in my account. I called again and the manager said it should be in my account within 2-3 business days. It’s now been 7 business days since I spoke to the manager and 12 days since asking the server to refund me and still, I have not received a refund.(I feel it’s also important to note that I asked for a receipt after paying and the server never returned. I was only able to get the receipt once I went to ask for a refund and saw the receipt hanging from the printer.) Not sure if this is done deliberately to get more tips from customers but we ended up paying $168 in tips without meaning to. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience. The server’s name is Johana C.The Manager with whom I spoke twice is named Zack.

Food was delicious and our server Sam was very friendly giving good recommendations. The Manager Brittany was very kind taking the time to chat a little and ask how our evening was going. Would highly recommend and will go back.

Really cute Midcentury modern space and loved our waitress. Skirt steak and chips great (but I thought the fried nopales were way too sweet). Parking behind restaurant.

First thing you notice about this restaurant is the ambiance. Great center piece bar, quiet dimly lit tables, and soft music all make for an intimate evening. Adding to that are the drinks. Plenty of tequila based specialty cocktails; a highly recommended choice is the Cadillac margarita. They do offer a tajin rim but theirs is mixed with some other type of chili powder that makes it smoky. To eat we ordered chips with salsa and guacamole; honestly the salsas were better than the guacamole. I feel it could've used more salt, lime and they left out the Serrano/jalapeño which was a bummer. The star of the evening was the potato and chorizo flautas; not only is the portion large and perfect to share but it's jam packed with flavor and amazingly crispy. We also shared the skirt steak with fingerling potatoes. Cooked at about medium rare; it was tender and delicious. We weren't able to order dessert due to being super full but plan on doing so next time!
