Not sure how this place doesn't have 5 stars! Service is great. It's an interesting set up, but looks cool. The coffee is some of the best coffee I've had. It is certainly the best in LA.

I asked, "how did you end up choosing coffee as your passion?" And he replied, "I wouldn't call it a passion, it's more of an obsession." I told him it's the best coffee drink I've ever had, and he said that "it's not perfect yet, I'm still chasing the perfection." Can't wait to keep coming back to be able to drink his "perfect" drink.

I've been coming here since my college years back in 2016-2017, and one of the reasons I moved to LA from the bay was for places like this coffeeshop. It has a simple menu and very recently they expanded to allow "for-here" inside seating so you can take a bit more time to appreciate and enjoy the coffeemaking and the product you receive. Owned by a Thai husband and wife duo and their sleeping shop dog (you won't be able to see him since he naps behind the counter), this is one of my top 5 favorite coffeeshops in LA. I'll be reviewing the other 4 shortly. Personally I've seen Jack pull the first espresso shot and then discard it, rinse it, and then pull another, to be able to serve a better one to his customers. When the line for customers is long you'll wait a little bit more but it's reasonable considering there's a single station operated by a single person.

I love this place so much. Jack and Taya are true gifts to the Los Angeles world. Going to endorffeine is always a fantastic experience.
It was like having coffee for the first time all over again! The care and attention given to every order is exceptional. Surely that’s the source of their greatness. Jack is very intuitive with his coffee brewing. He takes his time and feels out the small but very important details like temperature and grind size. I have been here multiple times now and at different times of day. The consistency in the quality of their coffee is perfect. Each time, I almost become emotional with the perfection of my cappuccino. Don’t get me wrong, I love making coffee at home and you’ll even find me sipping on Starbucks or McDonald’s coffee, but this is an experience the coffee lover can’t pass up. Definitely recommend trying this gem out and don’t get discouraged by the seemingly performative nature of Jack’s intuitive coffee brewing approach. Plus, it’s in the heart of Chinatown. Making this a great destination for shopping locally afterwards and trying traditional Chinese cuisine.
