My 2 day stay at Fairmont Plaza in Century City was an unparalleled experience. We ended up getting an airbnb in beverly hills, but I just didn’t want to leave! Just look at the amazing view from my balcony. From the moment I walked out of my Alto, I was treated with the utmost respect and given full attention. The lavish accommodations, including comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms, surpassed all expectations. The hotel’s attention to detail and impeccable service left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Without hesitation, I would choose Fairmont Plaza for any future visits to Los Angeles.

I arrived to the hotel to view the room that I’d booked for my son & his fiancé, for their wedding night coming up in June. Having made the reservation online, I wanted to get a look at the room in advance if it was available for viewing, & the hotel staff were most accommodating. John, the Senior Bellman at the hotel for the past 33 years, was an absolute gentleman & hospitable staff member. He not only showed me the fabulous room I’d reserved for our upcoming wedding couple, he shared a wealth of information about the hotel, as well as activities nearby.The impression of a hotel begins with that first staff interaction, & I was impressed by & made to feel very comfortable by the Senior Bellman John. He must be a well known and loved employee, as several staff and even guests waved and called out pleasantly to him as we made our way through the hotel. He obliged my request to tour the spa, and gallantly saw me out when it was time to leave. 10 out of 10 for Senior Bellman John.Lastly, I wish to also comment on the assistance I received from Elizabeth, the Front Office Manager, who is lovely, hospitable & interacted with me as though I were a VIP. She went above and beyond, looking into my reservation for my upcoming bride and groom, to see how else the hotel could make their wedding night special. I have come away from simply a 1 hour day visit, feeling so beautifully moved by the hotel staff, & a stay has yet to occur! 10 out of 10 for Elizabeth.Very confident that my son & his fiancé, once they’ve become Mr. and Mrs, will have an invaluable and unforgettable wedding night at the Fairmont Century Plaza, under the great care of an impeccable team.Rooms: Only toured a couple. What I viewed was phenomenal.Safety: So so so so so SAFE.Walkability: Minutes walk from one of West Los Angeles’s most prominent shopping malls…..the Westfield Century City Mall. Minutes drive from Beverly Hills, Culver City, local museums, renowned golf course, and a 18 minute drive from the ocean!Food & drinks: Only came to make reservations. Did not order food or drinkNoteworthy details: Hotel is spotless…..not a finger print anywhere. It smelled marvelous, well lit and very elevated ambiance. Piano playing softy and great vibe.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire thing had clearly been recently renovated, the room was very spacious and felt very luxurious. I loved the huge glass shower. It was very quiet in the room at night as well. The pancakes at the restaurant were a little pricey at $30 but were very tasty. I would absolutely stay here again.

The dinner server brought me chicken after I ordered Vegan. When he brought back the vegan dinner, he spilled it down the back of my suit, and the seat of the chair. I had to ask for a napkin to sit on. He said I should take the suit to a drycleaner.

Great location! The rooms are nicely renovated, a bit small but cozy. We looked all over for the mini fridge to discover it was in the dresser drawer. The valet team and bellman were so friendly and greeted us each time with welcoming smiles. Valet parking only $65/night. The bartenders were attentive and friendly. A great place for business meetings and conveniently located next to shopping mall. Construction on Ave of the Stars. Noisey
Stayed here with my girl on our vacation trip from the PNW and man nothing but class everything was top tier here. I’ve stayed in many hotels in my life but this one sits at the top. Definitely look forward to staying here again.

Was booked here for a week for work and all I wanted to at the end of each day was sit by the pool and relax but every time I attempted to access the pool there was a "private event" but I could catch a cab and travel15 minutes away to another rooftop pool. I checked out and found a better place with less private events.

Spectacular hotel. When I arrive, the first thing I find is a giant sculpture by Jaume Plensa, a Spanish artist who does not leave anyone indifferent and of whom I am an absolute fan.Comfortable and very clean rooms. Contemporary decoration with quality materials. The valet parking was very efficient, and in general all the hotel workers were very friendly. We loved the Lumière restaurant, we had breakfast both days and dinner the first night, the atmosphere and service were very good, the food a 10.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was a great location for what we specifically wanted to do and the bathroom was a dream. If we had more time I would’ve enjoyed a night in with the spa, the bathtub, and room service.
