Service? What service??????? We were there on a Tuesday night, 4/2/2024 around 6pm....certainly not crowded. The waitresses stopped by once and never again! We ended up having to constantly go to the bar to order drinks and food! I ordered Ming and Ghost wings, got Umami and Ming.

Thoroughly enjoyed Far Bar’s happy hour, which runs from 3-7pm Monday to Friday, and all day Monday. Best value play is the Burger Special ($13), which includes fries and a Sapporo or soda.Wings are also excellent. Will try their shrimp tacos next! Service is awesome and the vibes are casual yet with a classy decor (especially outside). Love this historic spot!

Been coming for years on and off. Beer/spirit selection is awesome and fairly priced for an LA spot. Food is spectacular, specifically the ming's wings. Want to try more of the menu. Overall great vibe for little tokyo if you're tired of going to wolf, Spitz, or kouraku.

A unique and wonderful location in Little Tokyo. The narrow alley entrance literally envelopes you in the historic block and you feel like you’ve discovered a great secret despite the sign by the entrance. Staff are friendly though often busy. The food choices were unique and intriguing with many pan-Asian selections but were not particularly memorable. The walk to the bathroom includes clear floor panels gesturing to the buildings historic legacy. Hopefully the gentrification that has just made a victim of Suehiro will not spread.Parking: Paid parking can be found behind the historic core off John Aiso St

Great choice for some late night food and drinks in Little Tokyo. Casual vibes, nice ambience. Tried the Far Bar roll, fish seemed fresh and it packed a punch with the flavor and spice. Service was attentive, food came quick, and staff was knowledgeable/careful of food allergies. Prices weren’t decent too. Overall would recommend.
