This is one of those places that is just an all around delicious place. While the prices are a bit high for burgers and sandwiches the quality makes up for it and you're in Hollywood, what more? The food itself is different and unique. So many different components that make an incredible and interesting meal. The parking is a bit small and the place can get a bit crowded so that part is not my favorite but the food makes up for the inconvenience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The trick here is to keep it simple...the more you add the less you taste the meat in your burger and or sandwich. The fries are good but not my favorite, we were recommended the spicy chicken fries, while the chicken was flavorful the fries fell flat to me. The worst thing was the pizza burger but the best thing was the best thing The fat breakfast. Fat Bahn Mi- 7/10 a bit too sweet Fat Texas 8/10 good combo. Pizza Burger 4/10 just weird Buffalo Chicken Fries 7.5/10 chicken was too tier the rest was eh.

First time here but would be a weekly stop if I was a local. Opted for the Fat Sal, Fat sandwich and it did not disappoint. This sandwich is served on a garlic hero roll and is hearty enough to fulfill even the biggest of appetites. The addition of mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, gravy, and mayo take this steak sub to the next level. The menu also contains a variety of burgers and traditional heros, for those less adventurous. Dinning area contained plenty of seating and was very clean. Service was fast and friendly.

Fat Sal's Hollywood is a gem worth discovering! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with exceptional service and warmth from the friendly staff. Located conveniently with easy parking, it's a breeze to access. But what truly steals the show is the food - exceptional in every bite. The made-to-order fresh milkshakes are an absolute delight, adding a sweet touch to an already fantastic meal. With such a stellar experience, I can't wait to return to Fat Sal's Hollywood for more!

The service is quick, the indoor vibe is also nice. They were playing the Super Bowl on the TV which I enjoyed to watch while I ate as did others eating there. The sandwich is absolutely delicious, I usually prefer healthy/less greasy options (as the sandwiches are) but I'll take this one any day. Go for the Fat Sal!

Horrible customer service. Anytime I have ordered from here, they never include my ranch and has happened multiple times. I've even paid extra for the ranch and still was not included. Very disappointing and frustrating. For us ranch lovers this definitely will be the last time I'll order from there.

We had such high hopes for this place when we ate here. The descriptions and pictures made our stomachs growl but the actual taste of the sandwiches we ordered didn't come close to matching the visuals. The bread was alright on all of our sandwiches but the flavors were muddled or disappointing on all of them. For example the meat on the Philly cheesesteak tasted alright when it was fresh and warm but very quickly it lost a little bit of heat and then it hardened and tasted like greasy onions. The cheese on the sandwich was cloying and bland tasting while also seeming overpowering at the same time. It remindedme of what a cheap frozen version of a microwaved Philly sandwich would taste like but only with much better bread. I won't go into details on our other three sandwiches but while they were all different from each other in construction and flavor profile the results were similar on each. It was very disappointing especially at this price point. I'll finish by saying the spicy fries were good and bad. The fry itself was excellent in texture and taste but the seasoning was so different and one note that I wondered who could ever find that appealing to cause them to order them again if they ever returned. We love Entourage and especially Turtle so it hurts to say that we won't be back. If you are on the fence for any reason I'd suggest you keep scrolling through Yelp. You'll be glad you did.

The curb appeal was wonderful. I wish we could have something like this back home. I absolutely loved the atmosphere!! The guys were attentive and suggested some delicious sandwiches. I'd try this spot again on my next visit. It was a really good vibe!

Long standing guaranteed winner in Hollywood. Fat Banh Mi Ki probably my favorite but can't go wrong here. Quick service usually, but lunch rushes can get busy. Too many sandwiches to name but really you can't go wrong. Thanks for doing what you do, Fat Sal's!

Deep within the liberal lion's den (Hollywood), I stopped at Fat Sal's Deli. The lady at the register suggested the Fat Joey sandwich (Pastrami | turkey | melted Swiss | cole slaw | fries | Russian dressing | on a hero). I gave it a try and I was instantly impressed. The sandwich was delicious AF! The flavors cannot be described here. You have to go and try it yourself. I strongly recommend it. Your taste buds will thank you.
