The gelato was excellent and all 8 members of my family (including two young ones) were satisfied! Many unique options to choose from. The service was good, and the employee was helpful when navigating our food allergies. I loved that there were many options for egg-free, nut-free, vegan, etc. We felt safe eating there. The place was clean and modern. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Staff is friendly and the gelato is amazing. I'm lactose intolerant so I love ordering the sorbets.

Hidden gem. Best gelato in Studio City… or dare I say it, maybe in Los Angeles? All of the flavors are amazing. The only thing… they should definitely have more than one person working at a time. The place gets really busy and can take a long time until you are helped.

The best gelato I have had in the US! We crave this and have made it a date night necessity. It can get busy but is worth the wait. All ingredients are fresh and you can taste the quality. My favorite is mint chocolate chip--I love how it has actual mint leaves in it! A must-try!

This is the second time I've been here where there has been a long line and one grumpy slow-motion employee who couldn't even answer the question "where do we take a number?". We went to Pinkberry instead.

I walked in at 8:36, and walked out at 8:47. I walked in and 2 groups were already sitting enjoying gelato, no one was waiting to be served. The guy behind the counter never acknowledged me. He was scooping some Gelato that seemed to be for to-go orders. Two men walked in a couple minutes later and he acknowledged them but continued scooping. He carried a conversation with one of the men that was picking up a to-go order, and he left. I continued to wait a few minutes trying to make eye contact, but after 10 minutes my Uber was arriving and I had to go. I thought 10 minutes was enough time to get a scoop of ice cream in a rather un-busy shop. Perhaps there was more I could not see. But it would be nice to be acknowledged.

I had a rather unpleasant and odd experience here. I've been to Italy before about 10 years ago and absolutely loved their Italian gelato! Specially one flavor being my favorite: the pistachio gelato. Returning to the states, I tried to recreate that experience by buying pistachio ice cream and gelato. But I quickly learned there was a big difference in taste between Californian pistachio and Italian pistachio gelato. So I stumbled up this restaurant 2 months ago. I was hesitant but I asked the counter the tedious question. To my surprise, the one guy working the counter that day told me they had both kinds of Pistachio Gelato and confirmed for me that he did have the fabled Italian Pistachio! It was nearly a decade since I tasted it but I was almost positive it was Italian gelato! Not the absolute best I had since I visited quiet a few shops while in Italian but it was definitely up there. I loved it! I thought I stumbled upon gold! Now here's where the story gets odd. I was on a diet so I unfortunately had to avoid the shop for about 2 months. When I returned though, I once again asked for Italian pistachio gelato... Here's the kicker: the guy at the counter this time said they didn't have it for 2 years already. Imagine my utter confusion: I had an ice cream, only 2 months ago, that apparently did not exist in that shop for 2 years! The man also said he was working there for a long time. A few years I believe he said. And I know I got the right place, my memory of where the shop was etched into my mind like one of those really happy memories you can't help but to never forget... so what happened? Was I lied to on my first visit? Was I misinformed on my second? Did my own tongue lie to me? Imagine my disappointment in this location, the idea that my goldmine I found turned into fool's gold and that the place has me questioning my own memory and tongue. Whether unintentional or with purpose, this place really rubbed me the wrong way in all the wrong places.

Some of the best gelato I've had, a LOT of flavor options and very friendly service. There's one guy that wasn't friendly at all, but the majority of the staff I've met so far has been super friendly.
