What can I say about FTALA that hasn't already been said? Finding a food truck company can be such a hassle, but working with Erika was smooth. I was a bit concerned with the truck I choose regarding the size of the dumplings, but Erika explained thoroughly how she herself has had them. ---it was a success, and the guests could not have been happier! All I heard about after the event was the dumplings. I can't wait to explore more truck options with FTALA for our school events.
